So you have an appraisal price by the AR, then you have the actual price someone would pay. Does AR ever follow up to see what the item at auction or retail sold for.

AR should really follow up on the prices and pieces that were later auctioned or sold so audiences could see what the actual price the item eventually commanded. Cause it seems to me some of these appraisals were padded either for the camera or to illicit a surprise affect on the part of the owner to continue raising the ratings of the show.
