    You're bang on. Lower RO count = higher hrs/RO. The last dealership I was at pushed for higher RO count. Profitability dropped the more appointments we booked. An advisor can only properly serve a certain number of people in an 8-9hr day. Anything more than that and people/calls/sales fall through the cracks. Higher pace, higher stress, less money...then the managers get upset that you're not performing well enough. They shoot their advisors in the foot and tell them to run a marathon.

      @@Chriscollinsinc If more managers and dealers understood this, the industry wouldn't have near the turnover that it does. Money can't fix stress when it takes 3 days to unwind and you have no time to spend it. lol

    GREAT ! I’m long time fixed professional. Current service director. The statement, it’s not hard to find techs is great . You hire techs with Culture . I’m sold !
