Are you a godly man?
No one is going to meet all these perfectly because they are sinful humans. I agree with much of it but what you present represents someone who has been through the ringer of life and sadly might not be of an ideal marrying age. I would argue that someone who is a Christian and had faith in God who's willing to repent when they have fallen and keep their eyes on heaven and its reward is an ideal person. This life is going to throw you all kinds of curveballs and we as humans WILL fail. What is important is that they have their priorities straight and don't give up the fight.

I figured out a lot of things when it comes to being single, don’t try to force away into someone’s life, but rather be a part of it. Put your ideals first when you’re single, this means focus, focusing on your growth with the Lord, focusing on your own personal growth in your walk with God, focus on serving in the church and being a part of the community. When you meet friends or significant others, you’re definitely not there to try to find a spouse, rather you were there to serve others. And the serving of others I feel like is what’s gonna help you find a spouse. Because you’re not so focused on trying to insert your way into someone’s life, but rather be a part of your church community. You’re gonna meet someone that’s going to want to be a part of your life and worship God alongside you. People aren’t perfect and the most important things is that you find someone that’s on the same page as you. That’s not always easy to see when you’re getting to know people on the surface but as you start to serve your church and God puts you in that position to connect with someone. Just so you understand, God builds connection in the heart of all people. And because God has the ability to do that, this is why you must rely on God when it comes to finding the right person for you. You do not want to settle for less and you don’t wanna date someone just to feel the role that God should be filling in your life. A spouse fulfills a different need and you need to understand exactly what that need is for that spouse. And when that time comes, you’ll understand exactly what needs this person is going to fill in your life.

Would you say God loved Job when he was suffering for being perfect! Job gave up his wife to carry his cross even though we may say that the cross wasn’t yet? You’re marriage can cause you to end up in hell. So what is the cross? Sinned or sinning?
Ephesians 5:21 says “Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.” A lot of men skip over this call to mutual submission and as a Christian woman, this is where my trust issues with Christian men begin. Also Matthew 20:26-28, “Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” A marriage where only one person has to submit to the other is not a marriage I want to be in. I think this hierarchy in marriage that a lot of Christian’s believe, contradicts God character, His love, and how He views men and women equally. Why would God want a woman to demote herself when she becomes a wife? This idea is what leads me to believe I’m called to singleness which is an unfortunate realization I had when I was born again. Or maybe it’s just the minuscule amount of Christian men who don’t cringe at the idea of submitting to their wife. That type of pushback makes me realize how men actually view women. Shouldn’t you chose a women you’d be enthusiastic about submitting to?
Not all marriages are from Good Lord ( Fatima Lady ) . But, those who are from God are precious . I got married to much of this 'New Age' woman... we are now in the process of divorce, she really hurt me so much when I leant of her other life to the point of having a severe depression. I got much better lately but get triggered now and again when I hear her voice , think about her or see her. I'm really trying to let go but some pain is still buried inside me, she's still got a hold of me in some way... I pray about it sometimes and also pray for salvation and forgiveness , just hoping to get this as a prayer request for my healing process to be complete soon ...
Believe in Jesus...fast and prayer....I had been in a similar situation....it felt as if jesus wanted me to fast and prayer ..after my first fast day , at night I was able to understand the other person's perspective which helped me forgive and forget..from the next day I cried no more thinking about that other person...Lord is great!!!
