I'm sure this was as fun little project for the devs but I'm surprised they didn't take it just a little further. Different pens with different weights, more interesting geometry, playing with the scaled perspective from Alex toss.
This game was very sucessful in japan. It started out as a mobile game, then Q Remastered came out on switch, a ton of streamers played it, and now it game out on pc. It was designed by the same guy that made KUUKIYOMI, which was also a hit. This game has over 1000 levels btw.
Hey Tyler here’s a tip if you didn’t figure it out in the rest of the video, the best way to push balls is to draw a radial curve where the start of the curve falls on the edge of the ball, then the shape will roll on the curve and continue to impart momentum to the ball
As someone who played brain dots for years, it astounds me how much struggle people have with drawing games like this, basic stuff like remembering to use a fulcrum or simple strategies for a goal, most obvious of this is how often people make levers with a fulcrum seperate instead of just being part of the lever, and also making too sharp of a bowl on levers which neuters momentum
I would love to see more of this. I watched one of my streamers do it and wanted to reach through the screen and strangle them for how complicated they made some of the solutions look!

I decided to get the game before watching too much and I didn’t realize you could make pseudostatic points by just not letting go of the mouse that would probably make things much easier
Just a tip: there’s no “density” in the game. scribbling more in one place won’t make your object heavier. Noticed you were trying to do that on some of these.

I have Brain it on, that is similar in concept, but it explains some things, and the score is easier to understand, because you have to beat the level, under the timw limit and under the number of lines. I suspect this has those things in cosideration too.
