    I was there as a kid in the 80's and as a teen, but I never saw it like from a tourist perspective
    ! Sleeping under the stars and felt more camping! We had to get used the well water which at 1st taste-tested horrible but becomes sweeter with every drink later on.
    It is one of my best childhood memory.

    Looks similar when you go through baringo county the roads and they hilly scenes looks nice

      Uuuuh yeah...I've been down that Baringo route. And that scenic road was one of the best parts of the roadtrip.

    Thank you very very much for the video. I actually dream of visiting the central island and if possible camp and enjoy the warm waters of the lake. Turkana is one of the unexploited places on earth with beautiful scenery.

      Go for it! I can't stress that enough. Would have loved to camp out at Central Island, and would love to see someone do it. And true, about Turkana being unexploited, especially given the range of possibilities there.
