    Thank you so much for this. I’ve struggled to find a stretch that targets my tight gracilis and that standing leg-up stretch goes right to the sweet spot. I really appreciate the specificity of the form cues.

    Ive been having pain from my groin but i feel like it goes to the back of top inner hanstring

    Adductor cause knee tightness? Because I feel my left knee uncomfortable kind of tightness it is not free like my right knee ?

      Tightness in your left knee could indeed be linked to the adductors. They can affect knee alignment and cause discomfort. Stretching them might help alleviate the tightness. 🙌

      It absolutely does. Struggled with this for years. Flat feet make it worse too. Keep stretching and look into custom shoe inserts (not dr. Scholls) and look at knees over toes guy for reverse sled pulls. Im like 80% of my highschool self because of that

    When I do adduction movements, the point where my groin meets my thigh hurts. I try to stretch and see if that helps but it always hurts, and I am worried because it’s been this way for months. I can’t ride a bike either because of it. What can I do?

    I am so bound up, my inner thigh is so tight, I can not sit on a 4 wheeler. I can not get my legs far enough apart to straddle the gas tank!!
    If I put my leg up on that massage table, it would rip me in half.
    OMG...I need to stretch. It has been over 30 years since I have stretched!! Very stupid on my part!!😂😂
