I've made the Coco 4 times: 3 dresses (a midweight stable knit made with the collar, a poly double knit vintage fabric, and a stretch velvet) and a top with the collar out of a plush sweatshirt fleece which looks so dressy but feels like your favorite hoodie.
Hello! Love all your versions of the coco. I am quite new to sewing so it take a while to make something. I made a top version with long sleeves for my first make and then went onto make a dress. Love this pattern! I need to make some more. Thank you for sharing your lovely makes! X
This was my first go at using a jersey material as I am new to sewing. I was very nervous at first but was pleased with how it turned out.It is quite confusing to know what jersey works best for the funnel neck which is what I made but my fabric wasnt that stretchy so worked out okay in the end. Definitely going to try again and buy a btter quality jersey . Thank you for the wonderful vlog - very inspiring xx
Coco is one of my favourite pattern! I've made it 3 times -- one with a cotton jersey and two with ponte -- all with the funnel neck. After seeing your dress versions, that will be my next one!
These vlogs are so helpful, Becky. I love all your Coco versions. I have been dithering about buying this pattern, but as I make the Agnes on repeat I am sure I would find myself doing the same with this. Think I had better get it!
Thanks Kate 😊💕 I also make the Agnes on repeat. My next ‘full collection’ video will be based on the Agnes top 💕🧵. Sure you will enjoy this pattern if you try it. X
Love all your Coco's Becky. I've made this pattern twice both dresses and both in ponte. I used this pattern for venturing into sewing knit fabric for the first time and will definitely be using it again to make more dresses and tops 😊 xx
The coco dress was I think the first stretch garment I ever made but I never re-made 🤔. You’ve inspired me to dig the pattern out as perfect for smarter loungewear for wfh 😊
Ive made two in ponte. One has a cowl neck dress and the other has funnel neck and is a top. After seeing your Cocos going to try making in a jersey. Tks for insight.
I made 2 and am waiting for the fabric for the third. I made th 1st out of heavy all cotton french terry, grey with little black stars and I love it so much I hardly wear it. I haven't thought about making the top. I am partial to the high neck however. You should try it. I liked grainline linden also but I use the going home sweater which is very similar.
I love the coco dress I have sewed three already
That’s great 💕🧵 pleased you like this pattern too
Great coco’s Becky. I’ve made one, lol. I don’t think I buy as much fabric as most sewers from I see, so I often make one of something. Lol. X
Thanks Claire 😊💕 the coco is definitely one of my favourites as it is easy to make and comfortable to wear xx
Lovely to see your collection and I agree, it’s wonderful to have a tried and trusted pattern.
Thank you 😊 I do love a tried and trusted pattern x
Thanks for sharing, I've only made one coco so it was interesting to see all of yours and hear about the different fabrics xx
Thanks Cath 💕😊. Pleased you enjoyed watching my video and seeing my different cocos. Hope you enjoy making the pattern again xx

Thanks Diane 😊💕

I’ve made two in ponte but was never sure the neck would work in a cotton jersey. I’m going to try a top version now though after seeing yours.
Thank you 😊 hope you enjoy your next project and it works out well x
I’m sewing up a coco at the moment after a few years break - it’s a great pattern!

I love all your Cocos. I bought this pattern a year ago and still haven't made any. I'll have to have a look through my fabric stash and make one.
Thank you 🧵💖 hope you enjoy making your 1st coco project

Thank you pleased you like this pattern too. Hope you enjoy making your next version. Yeah I should try the funnel neck version too 😊💕
I love this pattern. Made it in ponte roma, was so pleased got same fabric in different colour.... Too tight? Could never work out why
Thanks pleased you like this pattern too 😊💕 sorry to hear your second version didn’t work out too well in a different fabric x
Yes a dress version would be lovely 😊
Off the subject of sewing, what bread of dog do you have?
I have a fox red Labrador 😊💖 thanks for watching x
