I work in construction as a site manager in commercial fit out (basically we make fancy offices and stuff like that), and when it comes time to sand the plaster (you guys call it drywall but we call it plaster in australia), if the plasterers have the vacuum style sanders, my life is so much less dusty! I don't go home every day covered in a fine white powder when they use those haha. I wish everyone used them! Festool make some that are the things dreams are made of! Expensive though!

omg I LOVE your fabric wall behind you. That is SUCH a lovely room. It will be nice to be rid of all drywall dust, that stuff is such a royal pain.
