I like your take on the chibi style. I think the 3 characters you show have a bit more of a Western cartoon flavour but I actually think that looks really awesome.
Does anyone know how he only fills inside an outline (like the hair, for example at 20:10) on a different layer? Whenever I create new layer and use the paint bucket tool, it fills the whole canvas!
