Hey everyone, welcome back to another video… Today I am super excited to be taking a look at one of the most badass, super cs on the planet! This is the 2024 Entegra Coach Accolade XT 35L! This is an amazing 4 x 4 motorhome that is made to take you absolutely anywhere the full body paint and the Ford chassis is amazing. Also with that front bumper guard this motorhome is a 10 out of 10 not only that there’s three huge slide out on the inside, making this one of the best design motorhomes I’ve ever seen.
I got rid of my 35L. It came late, supposed to arrive in February, finally came in June. I parked it in my RV garage, and the bed lift mechanism failed. I couldn’t close the slide because you can’t close it with the bed down. There was zero dealer support to fix it. I had to find a tech and wait for his availability. Then the part was backordered and took over a month to arrive. We wasted the entire summer due to shoddy construction of this rig. When you are in your 60s, you don’t have that many summers left. Long story short, I will NEVER buy another Jayco again, and may never buy an RV again. We should have bought another Tiffin again before they sold to Thor, because even they are having quality issues now. Sorry Matt, but Jayco/Entegra isn’t worth anyone’s money. Edit to add: lost a boatload of money on it but my wife was so angry, she said “just get rid of that junk!”
So sorry to hear that! That's my biggest fear, that I'll invest a huge chunk of my retirement in an RV only to get rid of it for one reason or another and take a huge loss. I just can't afford to take that kind of loss. Maybe RV life isn't for me, or maybe I should just get a pickup and an Airstream trailer instead, because I really want to see the country while I still can.
@@BradWilson1969 I’m thinking that if we ever go back to an RV, it will be a basic B-van but use it to travel not as a sleeper, unless we can’t get a hotel or the hotel doesn’t allow the pups. We’ll probably start by trying just going in the truck and switch only if we have trouble finding hotels that allow the dogs. If we ever decide to camp again, it will be just a small trailer. We had a very nice Tiffin Phaeton, but downsized right before the pandemic, to a Winnebago View, that I loved but my wife didn’t, after our first trip in it. So we went back up to an Entegra gasser. It was about all we could get during the pandemic but she didn’t like that either, and I hated driving it in the mountains. Too underpowered for mountain driving. That’s why we got the 35L, with its massive improvement in torque. But we couldn’t use it and the season ended before we could get it fixed. I don’t have enough summers left to mess around with a complex vehicle that breaks so easily.
@BradWilson19695 Yeah, I think spending 3/4 of a million dollars or more on an RV is typically a poor use of your money unless you have FU money. A pickup and a travel trailer or fifth wheel seems to make more sense because the trailer is typically cheaper and the truck can be used for more than just RVing.
You made a very bad decision and should only blame yourself.

Entegra should be ashamed of themselves with 2,222 pounds of cargo capacity for a $360,000 rv. I really think you two would do the consumer a favor by being honest about your thoughts about the cargo capacity of motorhomes. There are travel trailers that hold more for a tiny tiny fraction of that price. Yes, people should do their research, but finding cargo information on dealer or manufacturer websites is nearly impossible.
We're grateful you announce cargo, but your opinion could change the way the industry builds their product. They listen to you!

Agree 100 % . Manufacturer should put CCC on their web site. They like to tell you how many storage spaces they have and high towing capacity , but in real world at such low CCC you probably always be overloaded if you tow trailer behind that, fill the water tank and put 3- 4 people in it. .
I still don't like climbing up into these things, but this may be the first Super C floorplan that I really like. Having an 80" long bed is a must, and usually the split bathroom leaves too small a shower, but 30x36 is just fine. Color me impressed.
I know you guys aren't fans of tilt-a-beds, but when it gets an 80" long bed, it's great for me. When it adds that bench area while the bed is tilted up, it's just plain great.

I like that they put the fireplace up high enough to actually be seen from the bed vs what a lot of manufacturers do.
I love the option for a combo washer/dryer. Very nice rig!
They should put those metal front bumpers on all Motorhomes, with Fiberglass front caps.
Hi Matt and Andrea! My dislike are the same as yours. I hated to do that. I thought about it. Because you know how I love Entegras. I love the bunk and the window up in the bunk and the fact there’s no vents in the floor. And love the theater seats across from the televator. And I love the storage outside with no carpet. Love space you get with the slides out. I love it! Thank you Matt and Andrea!
DEFINITELY needs bigger tanks if they want to claim this as an RV that would be great for off grid camping. PLEASE FIX IT, it’s an F-600 chassis so why can’t it be done? Use up one of those storage spaces that’s not needed. People would rather have bigger tanks than storage space. And I wish they had windows on the front and back side of that dinette slide out. Otherwise I LOVE it! Oh, and I’d rather have a window across from the bed instead of that fireplace. Gimme natural light!
Someone needs to tell the manufacturer's of motor homes and trailers that CPAP users do not want our unit in a cabinet over the bed. A nightmare to get to in the middle of the night.

Nice, but the 2-tone cabinets and upholstery are too dark. The lights would have to be on all the time and even with the opposing slides the colors make the space feel smaller and claustrophobic.
I believe that combination is onlu one of 2-3 that are available.

This appears to be an electric motorhome which I like but I did not see the heating system and yon made no mention of solar. I saw the generator exhaust but not the generator. Also I'm surprised that Andrea did not comment on how dark the interior colors are. As far as the gymnastics required to crawl into the cab, I woudl not call that a dislike. I would just use the truck doors. Oh, and I really like the split shower. It's the best one I've seen on a super C.
I wish Andrea would tell us what she is looking for in the valences that would lead her to approved or unapproved.
Things I dislike about the super c;
Too tall, five steps to get in, looks like it can be lowered.
Too long, if your going 4x4, why be so long?
Generator located in the center?
Batteries are wet cell? No lithium? Add dual alternators and at least 20kwh batteries. Get rid of the generator and add a at least a 1.5 kw solar panels system.
Dislike the dark paint and dark interior.
Dislike right side slide, kids hit their heads on it. With a chassis that heavy duty, it’s should be a full slide out on the left side.
Please Entegra, don’t screw up the bunk model. We love the 31F Class C.
Geez an extra 200k for cargo/towing capacity? Super cs are the best promoters for regular chasing class c rvs.
In oz those front bars are called Roo bars. For outback drivers they’re essential safety equipment.
It looks cool. Likes: paint, black wheels, warranty, tv on televator, pull out pantry, king bed. Dislikes: only one bath, no electric power reel for power cord, barely useable with slides in, ccc seems low for a super c, no oven. Not for me, even with the good discount.
I think that with the bunk over the cab I would close the windshield, remove the mattress, have custom cabinet doors installed, and use the space for storage. Maybe even mount a TV, or a dedicated outside camera system monitor.
Surprised at the relatively smallish tank capacities. I was really expecting closer to 100 fresh along with 50 gallon waste tanks. I was also looking for a 100 gallon fuel capacity for this beast. And although I'm not a big fan of the tilt-a-beds, I'm short enough to be able to sleep sideways on one if I wasn't able to put out the slide, which is something you can't do with those folding mattresses.
Two dislikes are the lack of a power cord reel which is a must at that price point. I would also like to see them ditch the propane, and install a hydronic heating system that runs off the diesel, along with a Truma instant-on hot water system.
Other things that I think they skimped on (for a $360,000 motorhome) is the cheap bathroom countertop, and what appeared to be a lack of soft close cabinet hardware.
Just sayin'.
I actually like this rig and would love it, EXCEPT those tiny black and gray tanks kill it as a boondocking RV. Fresh water is a little small too. Only 30 gal of gray? Are you kidding me? Use one of those huge storage bays to get more gray tank space.
And the price is up there pretty far as well. At that price it should come with lithium batteries and solar.
A little disappointed with the CCC, too.
Not a fan of the location of the generator either.
Pullout drawer under at least the front dinette seat would be nice.
I love this. The storage is amazing. I love the shower on one side and toilet on the other.
The sound of those cargo area doors was definitely different. Sounds like a quality product
$240,000-$360,000 for a Jayco with a tiny kitchen with a two burner cooktop and no oven, a no sofa option dinette, a “come watch me shower in the hallway” or close off access to half of the motor home, a flip up bed and Jayco-Thor’s horrible reputation for build quality😩

I think an offroad capable vehicle should incorporate a showermiser system, and should have larger tanks. Other than that the motorhome is spectacular.
Dislikes: Climb down into the cockpit, 2 low capacity fresh water tanks and low capacity grey and black water tanks and 3 the fold up bed. Likes: 1 kitchen layout and space 2 shower size 3. over all look of the motorhome very nice looking unit.
Not a big fan of split baths
I have not seen a Super C I like or would ever buy. For the price of them and how big they are they could put in a decent bed that you can use as you drive. I have a 2022 Thor Four Winds 28Z with a stationary north south bed that I wouldn’t trade for anything. It is much nicer then this for 1/3 the price. No it’s not a diesel or a 4 wheel drive by it’s does great for us

My husband and I just went and looked at one of these in our state of California and it was listed as 219. Can you match that price? And also have you ever reviewed a ATC 2513 bumper toy hauler?
Take if off road a few miles then video the rv. Probably be a little embarrassing with all the screws on the floor afterwards or the cabinets coming off the wall. Sure it says off road but no way this hold up.

Pass. Too expensive, small cramped feeling. Shower sucks in location and step. Just overall doesn't feel very comfortable.
Plus pricing needs to stop trying to be in 300k msrp range. I made this point the other day, class A gas motors should be replaced with a cummins for 12k more with those layouts and frame. No reason not too. Ford is over priced also, interior of Ford is rhe cheapest option, no stock LED lights nor 12 inch screen. Cloth seats, just so many cheap options while thinking it's an actual super C. No thanks.
Thats a Class C on a heavy duty pickup truck chassis not a Super C on a commercial over the road chassis.
🤔 Was calling it Off Road serious or just Matt being silly? I don’t understand the off road in the title. It is to heavy, to low of a ground clearance, to long of a wheelbase and way to much power demand for all the RVs convinces, for off road. Now overnight at Walmart, Cracker Barrel or a nice chat smooth road, with accessory generator power, then that is a some what of a yes. But it ain’t making logging roads, Forest roads or anything the average person considers off road.
I didn’t hear any sales pitch towards it being off road. I don’t understand the off road in the title. Clearly off road might be a rock driveway.
But yes really nice, especially as a Walmart parking lot warrior. That is about its off road capability. This vlog really shocked me with the title. Either it is a big let down by Matt to us, or a miss print in the title.
It's an F600 with a 2-3" lift. More clearance than other Class C's, although it is pretty long.

Very dark inside with all those dark cabinets. Not a Super C fan. Not a good fit for us.
Get so tired of these manufacturers putting a gasser c body on a diesel frame and calling it a super c so they can make more money.

That’s a nice coach but at $240K, if I’m going to pay an extra $50-$75K because they put the word “Off-Road” in the description, at least throw in a winch on that front bumper…that same front bumper that’s already prepped for a winch. It’s ridiculous the little things that dealers and manufacturers try to save a buck on.
