Its so nice of you that you shared your family recipe. Fish looks fresh and yes fish is tender and needs to be careful while cooking it. Wheat flour is better than regular.. so rice is added i can eat this definitely. Im sure is tasted good.

I am in a fix, whether to try this one myself or ask my husband to do it for us as I have never made a fish other than frying it. This one looks easy though, so no harm in trying. What other fish alternatives can be used?
No for this traditional and ancestral recipe, please do NOT use cilantro or it will ruin its original flavour...it is only the game of fresh Dill leaves, kasuri methi and my magical ingredient of curry leaves that I specially put to enhance the flavour.
