Ingredients:
Fish Curry Marinade Ingredients:
5 medium sized pieces of fish (any kind)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
Fish Curry Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, pureed
2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp tamarind pulp
1/2 cup fresh dill leaves
1/2 cup fresh fenugreek leaves
3 - 4 green chillies, chopped
3 tbsp fresh coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp oil
2 cups water
RIce Ingredients:
2 cups rice
2 medium potatoes, cubed
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 large onion, chopped
3 - 4 green chillies, slit
1/2 cup dill
2 tbsp oil
3 cups water
Fried Fish Ingredients:
5 pieces of fish (any kind)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Oil for frying
