Chris O'Dowd on playing a "tough" guy in "Get Shorty" 0943am 21.3.23 wow. i'm watching it, the tv series - get shorty. it's been pretty cool. so far. the farting about with reference to relationships seems very sam raimi. that said; i was noticing a bit of CH4's IT Crowd scenarios worked into this... which had me think - it's just IT Crowd's comical take on quote serious unquote matters. i dont think much of hollywood or big business in general if this is how it works... still, the big lads wanna play at being the big shot so who am i to stand in their way...? in that sense nowt changes. interesting, though. and his geeky persona has been overhauled by his now, psychotic take on all things managerial.
