Backpacking the Uintas: Constantly Changing Plans

In this Episode, I went backpacking with two of my kids into the lower Uinta Mountains. We had a solid plan going in, but as you'll see, those plans kept changing.

I've had that Mountain House Beef Stroganoff with noodles and a side of freeze dried peas. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. Your boys have become pretty self sufficient now. I miss camping.

what a fun camp out with the boys. Great spot to camp for sure. And the walk to the river was beautiful. Yes, good point about the bears loving the lower elevations. Scraps seemed to really enjoy it too.

What a nice camp spot. I'm so glad to see you out with the boys...good looking kids. I do believe you are building a legacy with them. Loved the young pics from 2016, too. You will be shocked at some point in the future when you are around a campfire and I've if them says they remember something you didn't think they'd remember. It's a special feeling. You are a great dad and a wonderful person.
