6 years (minimum) in abroad+ 1 year internship in india after NEXT exam. Some countries like Kazakhstan will have extra INTERNSHIP of 1-2 years to be eligible for USMLE. Philippines might take extra time. 1.5-2 years of BS, 5.5 years of MD, 1 year internship in india (minimum). So do your research very well before pointing fingers.

It is a decent mark, you should do in India, don't do from Abroad like Russia or similar. All the best....
