It depends if you want to do md/ms so you have to appear for next 2 and if you want to practice as plain mbbs you have to give next 1 and then do 1 year of internship in India and then you can practice in India

is it necessary to have the doctors prescription for basic medications that you ae carrying ? By basic medicine I mean Paracetamol, cough syrup, etc.
Its better to keep prescription along with the medicines.
