For anyone having mana issues make sure you get a large cluster jewel with Fuel the Fight. The mana leech from that should solve your problems! If you don't have access to a cluster jewel with FtF you can get rid of a support gem for mana leech support I guess :)

you can bind the endruing cry to your left lift and just hold it, it will cast on cooldown constanly

Guys don't ask how to sustain mana, you sustain it with FUEL THE FIGHT 0.2 damage leeched as mana (which comes from large jewel).

Of course they insta kill you, it’s elemental reflect, you have 4K life and your damage is probably around 100k.

Wintertide/Vortex seems to be the new thing but coldsnap is still viable. But wintertide will net more single target dps.
