Thank you so much for this. I needed to hear this today! Through relationships as a believer and family hurts that go deep, I should not hold on to the hurt but let go of it and forgive! And through faith if they never say that they sorry for the things they have said, trust God to allow His vengeance to convict the person who hurt me.

Anger that turns to rage will take you where you don't want to go. For me, it was one disaster after another for about 30 years but God never squished me like a bug like he should have..

    Amen.
Be quick to forgive. Let it be automatic without rummaging through the minutiae of events. Holding anger causes physical detriment. Don't allow anger to make you ugly within and without like a coven of witches stirring a cauldron of abominations in a darkened forest under the sinister moonlight.
I have known relatives from the old country back in Europe that have held inter generational feuds and grudges for most of their lives. The energy involved in that is phenomenal.
Let it go and let the living God the Creator deal with it. Amen? *AMEN!*

Jesus Christ went to the cross and now lives to set sinful you free from death and hell. Repent and turn your heart to Him before it’s too late. If He calls your heart, say yes!

Yep, if you go to bed angry then the devil can get a foothold and make you brood over it and make the anger linger.

There is a godly type of anger, you should be angry with the evil that is inside of people that sin....don't let that type of anger leave you

Ok let’s just suppress it then and it will come out elsewhere
Anger is an expression of other feelings like being upset, hurt, crushed, sad and other sorts of emotional pain. Agreed it’s important to process these feelings and not be overwhelmed by them but difficult feelings are part of life. The danger here is to make people feel guilty and failures for having understandable emotional responses to painful experiences. We need to be honest and real and feel accepted not judged by standards imposed that feel unobtainable. God is not afraid of anger unlike the church just look at the psalms. We need God’s help to manage these feelings not to be made to feel like we are bad for feeling them in the first place.

wow, having watched this it came to my mind to compare the anger with the ring of Sauron, which was a deadly weapon but also killed one who uses it.🤭

Get right with God friends, don't wait another day! About 500 prophecies fulfilled hundreds and thousands of years in advance prove the Bible is God's word. Believe and repent, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4!

Some people are vexation with the spirit and find it cute to continue in their ways. I will not entertain people who continue to rile up my spirit, I will feed them with a long spoon. The devil uses people and the bible said “resist the devil and he will flee” therefore if a person is allowing themselves to be used and you are the target, there is no other choice but to remove yourself without anger or malice.
