Yes!!! Exactly my thoughts. I’d hope she made a video talking about how her family originated in Australia. My parents come to Maryland because they had family here but Australia??? How interesting!
@timgill9053, "pimienta gorda" is "allspice" in English. After researching, I realized the ingredients were in the description below the video as well, I hope this helps. As well, just to let you know, if you have never heard of Allspice, "Allspice" is the actual name of a spice that actually tastes like a mix of spices together in one "seed/berry". This tastes like a mixture of nutmeg and cinnamon together to me at least. I hope this helps. God bless you 🕊
I’m Salvadoran American and it’s interesting to hear British Salvadoran making horchata . Not very common . Good video and I enjoyed watching it
Thank you. I’m Australian :) different part of the world to Britain but there are a lot of Salvadoreans here in Australia
Sorry , it’s hard for me as an American to distinguish the British and Australian accent sometimes. Thanks for the correction
@@rebekahvlad8082 haha it’s ok! Very far away from Britain but accent is similar
I agree si was taken aback lol so cool hanks for sharing!

Thank you and your mom for sharing this recipe! 🥰 It looks delicious. I can't wait to give it a try
Hope you enjoy it Marc! Quantities are to your own liking, don't put too much nutmeg, just a tiny bit!
With all the preparation it requires you would rather make a big quantity and you can keep it frozen for "later" yumm😋😋😋😋😋
Yes! Freeze it for later. It will ferment if kept in the fridge so freezer is a good idea.
I will make some t-morro😂
😂😂😂😂
What's the unknown ingredient anyone know?

Nutmeg- nuez moscada
Can you type out the recipe and how much to use each?
Antes de hacer un video escriban la receta. Así no quedan mal o en ridículo es un consejo 😂
