We had a Karen in our neighborhood who terrorized all of us. Tragically; she was beaten to death during a home invasion; that was never solved. It turned out well for the neighborhood; and it really wasn't that expensive; with everyone pitching in equally.

I haven’t watched much of the video but if the building inspector said a hearing is needed he would have had a reason. The hearing was done and you lost. Basically you broke the rules and got called out on it.
The inspector didn’t have anything to do with the variance hearing 🤣 I took responsibility for building it too close to the property line it’s all fixed and passed inspection now

I would of left the cinder block area .. it would of made a great garbage area until trash day.
