Zhuang Zhou is a great Chinese Zen master/philosopher. Bodhidharma is the greatest Indian Buddhist monk who took Buddhism to China. He was a great martial arts genius as well.
He obviously wants to create a better world and he goes against everything created by society. Norms, educational systems etc. He "disturbs" people, that disturbance is what you could call part of an awakening, you are now more aware of your problems, the problems that had been sleeping in your unconscious. You will be offended because he rebels against the structures of society. And most of your problems are created by these structures.
Society is just a word to describe all the people that are living under the ruling of governments, it's difficult to pinpoint exactly what society is because it is a made up term. I call it the sleeptrain, people living under influence i guess you could say. You are supposed to follow norms, you are supposed to follow the law, you are supposed to be molded from the very childhood, do anything different and you will be an outcast, an outlaw or a rebel. So anything done differently and there will be an automatic conflict.
Nothing the guy says is groundbreaking, he has promoted himself on titbits from Ramana Maharishi and Jiddu Krishnamurthy. If one is serious and truly interested, it must come from one’s own intelligence. Questions and Answers on public forums is not a vantage point to begin, also the answer is not in the intellect. Intelligence is the key.🤷🏻♂️
