This was a really fun video to watch. I found myself agreeing with a lot of the episodes that you chose. I personally think there is a difference between something that's the best and somethings that's your favorite, but that doesnt really matter. A lot of the episode you picked i had never really thought about that much before and you provided a great new perspektiv to some like Thomas in trouble. Busy Going Backwards is my favorite episode of the show, hands down no question! I adore the William Tell Overture music mixed with the main runaway theme! Also, I like to imagine the human equivalent of an engine hiding themselves in steam is putting on a hoodies and pulling on the strings so your hood covers your face, apologies if that's dumb XD
Honestly, I LOVE hearing a perspective on the HIT era that isn't just, "It's bad" or "Not like the classics". I mean, it's definitely not GREAT. But it's nice to see someone ACTIVELY bring up their favorite episodes from that period, rather than what feels like a back-handed compliment!
Calling Season 11 your favourite of the ENTIRE model series is a take that is so wild and ridiculous that I weirdly have to respect it, like obviously I couldn’t disagree more and the same goes for a couple other takes you had (not understanding the hate for Middle Engine, loving episodes such as Smoke and Mirrors and Thomas and the Treasure), but I honestly can’t knock your enthusiasm and passion for said opinions. I remember season 12 Fondly back when I was very little because I had that one DVD Featuring like Hank, Flora and the new guys. Yes season 12 is terrible we all know that That is unique For what it did Like the whole model and CGI thing. Actually kind of like the Hank episode, Yes it has the 3 strikes formula thing But I kinda like how Thomas is kinda like himself because he's like scoffing off somebody's help but he overestimated himself and fails at it. But at least he's trying to prove it. But I definitely agree with your pic. I really enjoy that Hector and James episode a very unlikely dual. James treats Hector like an object But Hector is the one that actually had a good which executed greatly on the outcome. Hector is such a forgotten character. And he's a truck out of everything!

I may have favorites from 1-11, but I won't say any for seasons 1 to 7 because when I was a child, I remember watching the hit era season and I love them as much as you do, if not more. I enjoy listening to your thoughts and points in season 1-6, season 7 is mediocre at best without negativity, but I really love what you think of seasons 8, 9, 10, & 11. I really love all episodes on the hit era and listening to you say your favorites really makes me think and love that era even more. Also, while you have 'mixed' thoughts on season 12, James gets it right is actually my favorite episode of the series, followed up by Rosie's funfair special, Duncan and the hot air balloon, and The party surprise, whether or not you are reluctant to agree or just not care to the point you just can't think to care to say other wise. Regardless, it's really wonderful to hear someone talk about how they see how the hit era is there favorite out of all others.
The CGI era is nice and has some great episodes, but the part of the whole show I'll always have a place in my heart fondly will always be seasons 8, 9, 10, and 11. I love what you've said and think on each season, and your favorite episode from each season.
Video idea: rating the narrators throughout the Thomas series in a tier list. George Carlin is my personal favorite. The man had a dream for years to be a TV/ Movie star, only to acheive it and found he hated it. Narrating Thomas was the exception. He said he appreciated how the series didn't seem to talk down to its audience. I also appreciate how he added to the series by changing his voice's cadence to further make each engine unique, highlighting their different personalities.

Yeah, I HATE Hitt era writing and visuals except for the few good Gordon episodes and despite growing up with it, I have no nostalgia for the era (unlike Series 1-5 which I always have loved). The new music also lowered my opinion of series 7 until I found the better version. At least the models were still there, which was gone by 13 (I stopped watching soon after being filled with false hope by Hero of the Rails, seeing a couple new episodes and then not being able to watch misty island rescue). I did see the episodes of the Brenner era that people liked and it was ok, but nothing after Series 5 is nearly as memorable

I remember season 12 Fondly back when I was very little because I had that one DVD Featuring like Hank, Flora and the new guys. Yes season 12 is terrible we all know that That is unique For what it did Like the whole model and CGI thing. Actually kind of like the Hank episode, Yes it has the 3 strikes formula thing But I kinda like how Thomas is kinda like himself because he's like scoffing off somebody's help but he overestimated himself and fails at it. But at least he's trying to prove it. But I definitely agree with your pic. I really enjoy that Hector and James episode a very unlikely dual. James treats Hector like an object But Hector is the one that actually had a good which executed greatly on the outcome. Hector is such a forgotten character. And he's a truck out of everything!

I may have favorites from 1-11, but I won't say any for seasons 1 to 7 because when I was a child, I remember watching the hit era season and I love them as much as you do, if not more.
I enjoy listening to your thoughts and points in season 1-6, season 7 is mediocre at best without negativity, but I really love what you think of seasons 8, 9, 10, & 11. I really love all episodes on the hit era and listening to you say your favorites really makes me think and love that era even more. Also, while you have 'mixed' thoughts on season 12, James gets it right is actually my favorite episode of the series, followed up by Rosie's funfair special, Duncan and the hot air balloon, and The party surprise, whether or not you are reluctant to agree or just not care to the point you just can't think to care to say other wise. Regardless, it's really wonderful to hear someone talk about how they see how the hit era is there favorite out of all others.
The CGI era is nice and has some great episodes, but the part of the whole show I'll always have a place in my heart fondly will always be seasons 8, 9, 10, and 11. I love what you've said and think on each season, and your favorite episode from each season.
Video idea: rating the narrators throughout the Thomas series in a tier list.
George Carlin is my personal favorite. The man had a dream for years to be a TV/ Movie star, only to acheive it and found he hated it.
Narrating Thomas was the exception. He said he appreciated how the series didn't seem to talk down to its audience. I also appreciate how he added to the series by changing his voice's cadence to further make each engine unique, highlighting their different personalities.
Although I disagree with Thomas and the Treasure and Thomas and the Lighthouse I respect your opinions.

Those are the ones that I mainly like and are my favourite due to keeping the us DVD releases, Thomas meets the queen (video), Salty’s secret, Thomas’ trackside tunes, make someone happy, spills and chills, gallant old engine/Henry and the elephant (both video and DVD), cranky bugs (both video and DVD), Thomas’ Christmas wonderland (mainly watch four of the episodes followed by the song), races rescues and runaways, Thomas and the special letter, 10 years of Thomas (both video and DVD), best of Thomas (both video and DVD) and Thomas and his friends help out (both video and DVD). While also counting episodes of the characters that were new in season 7, some of the new characters that only had one role during the hit era episodes, and also season 8 where Thomas is pulling something and an out of character episode of James, which I don’t really care much about, but decided to pick for my favourites from seasons 7 to 12. Also because I mainly like that TH-cam series, Thomaswoodenrailway most of the time just because you get to see the one episode characters and railway series only characters too, while also liking the railway series books by Rev. W Awdry and Christopher Awdry, the story library ones too and of course the wooden railway trains of them all, up to Frieda, Gina, Vinnie, Ashima, Yong Bao (fully coloured wood train) and Hugo along with the old style diesel 199 in for bear, a take n play Rex, ertls of Jock and the mail van and capsule plarails of Merrick and Owen.

Yeah, I HATE Hitt era writing and visuals except for the few good Gordon episodes and despite growing up with it, I have no nostalgia for the era (unlike Series 1-5 which I always have loved). The new music also lowered my opinion of series 7 until I found the better version. At least the models were still there, which was gone by 13 (I stopped watching soon after being filled with false hope by Hero of the Rails, seeing a couple new episodes and then not being able to watch misty island rescue). I did see the episodes of the Brenner era that people liked and it was ok, but nothing after Series 5 is nearly as memorable
