7:12 The weather is hotter than the past few years. Because of global warming (El Niño) and will continue to be hot like this until next year Please maintain your health by carrying drinking water with you wherever you go. to prevent heatstroke And another tip is to wear bright or light colors, not dark colors like black. Or dark blue (navy blue), etc., because these dark colors will absorb sunlight. and absorb heat The more it heats up several times than before.
Yea! We were there around March 2023 so it wasn't SUPER hot but I can imagine how hot it can get during summer times. I am guessing maybe the best time to visit Thai is winter time? (Oct-Dec)? Correct me if I am wrong
Food in Bangkok was a lot better than we expected! The only downside was the traffic + weather LOL you can see me drenched in sweat in almost every video we post. We are planning to visit smaller cities/towns in thailand next time for more local experience :)
I am not a super fan of fried rice but this one was really delicious! And you MUST get that big ass shrimp too! Apparently they sell out very quickly so try to get there early!
The first shop you guys went to the right hand side is not the Michelin shop, the left hand one is the one gotten though they are basically the same family
hahah yes! we started our trip Feb 2023 in Australia and we were in Bangkok by Mid-Late March. We did go to several more countries after this but not sure if our footage is good enough to be edited as we got tired from traveling non stop haha. Much fun in Thailand! Can't wait to come back. If there's any other places in Thailand other than bangkok for food and activities, please let us know!
problem with this michelin" trendy places" in Bangkok is that they get to big to popular to fast , to many ppl want to go there and the food quality often deuterate in quality of sheer pressure and the prices go up fast ..and often gets kind of absurd for a simple standard dish Its often not worth it in the end...i promise u can find better food in a small local place where there are no tourists and the food is cooked with care and love..and not stress and greed
we actually 10000% agree with you lol we enjoyed food in bangkok this time but it was very hot + traffic was terrible (hard to get around within the city). we are planning to visit smaller towns in the future for more "local" food :) if you have any suggestions to where to go, where to eat, that'd be great!
we really wanted to eat where locals eat but we don't know where to find those spots! we tried google reviews, youtube review etc. any recommendations?

@@MarkandElly_eatsI’d say late November. Not peak tourist, not much pollution yet and weather starts to get cooler.

top 3 food places in the world for a reason!
I will visit Bangkok. Thank you for recommending the good food in Bangkok.

we LOVED it! When we were in Australia, Thai food was mostly just Pad Thai. Super happy to find out there's much more than Pad Thai in Thai food

Pro tip: Bangkok is the one city in the world u don't have to 'save' on accom!

ร้านนี้อร่อย แต่คิวนาน
the queue is VERY long. that is the only thing we didn't like haha
Bolt is cheaper than grab. There are many Thai food taste better and cheaper than Michellin restaurants
