But analyzing I think that if you have had more variations in the left hand, and with some left hand melody or something like that, it would be really similar tho.

If you stopped at the that episode then you probably got tired of Dressrosa. :p Dressrosa arc in the anime was so long with subpar animation. You should continue though, the next arcs are some of the best in years, and the pacing and animation is great again. :)
Ahahahaha pacing and animation great again... I wish. The manga is currently a one in a lifetime masterpiece though so I would recommend reading that (even if you generally don't read manga this one is worth it)

You know you fucked up a scene when I feel more things while reading the manga than when watching the show. And they had plenty of good opportunities in this arc too, it's all just really disappointing.
