Not just our death but as you get older the people you know, family, friends and work colleagues begin to die and we have to cope with all of them on a frequent bases. Also, this makes us feel more alone sense our social world gets smaller. Good video.

I'm not afraid of leaving this earth, dying. What I fear is 'suffering in pain', or having to rely on someone to change me, bathe me, feed me. I fear being in pain and not being able to tell someone I'm in pain. I fear dementia or Alzheimer's. When it's my time I just want to go peacefully, I don't want to suffer.

Don’t worry you’ll just reincarnate until you make a happy life

@@jaspercatchpole3339 Noooo. Don’t like the IDEA of reincarnation. Don’t even believe in it.

I understand that death is inevitable but I am still scared. To think that now I am alive but in 100 years time I wont and the world will continue on and forget about me brings me chills.

I was really afraid of death recently, I didn't have panic attacks but had obsessive thoughts on death, I feared losing this world, feared missing out, but then I learned to overcome my fear by knowing that we don't own anything in this world, even your body is not yours, its for nature, so we have nothing to lose, and for the fear of missing out I realized that my love of life will eventually end and I don't want anything new anymore, so I'll naturally want to die, also for those people who fear not existing, we have to realize that we didn't exist before our birth, so it would be stupid to fear not existing

Chief Dan George talks about how he wants to quietly go to sleep sitting in his rocking chair on his porch looking out at nature. It's so beautiful. From his book "My Heart Soars" What a serene way to leave this rented body behind.

Speaking for myself, I have never worried about dying or transitioning, since I started studying the Teachings of Abraham. For me, this has put so much of life into perspective and helped me to see how normal and ok the death experience is. I would recommend this for anyone who would like to delve more deeply into this life experience that we share.

I worry terrible about dying. I was and am younger than 60, mine started at 50. Thinking of my own mortality, I fear leaving my family but also death because of the unknown. I ask myself what I remember about life prior to being born, the answer is nothing. That can give me solace.

This has always gave me mild comfort too. But our brain did not exist and there for could not wrap around the idea of what we were experiencing. Because of that it is completely unknown and scary to alot of people like me, Who suffer every day from death anxiety. though i am soon going to specialized theapry for it, I have some hope it may ease my mind. I sugesst you try it if it is a prolonged problem for you.

if i was to speak in a scientific stand point when you die, you pretty much dont know you died. its like falling asleep but you will never wake up again. its not nothingness/darkness you wont experience that because u cant.
