Jet Boat Upper Salmon River

Jet boat the upper Salmon River, near Shoup, Idaho, USA. Flow was around 7500 CFS in Salmon, Idaho. This is moderately high spring runoff. In very high years it can reach 12,000 CFS or more. Late in the summer the flow is very low and the river is impassable, with large rocks and very narrow passages between them. The most difficult 7 miles (of 45 miles) can be scouted from the road. Read-and-run is sufficient when the water is higher.

man id love to attend the noob run someday. just dont know if my weldcrap renegade with a white pump would handle it very well ha ha. it does have a 6.0 in it though

It will work just fine, dude. Don't let people bad-mouthing a white pump scare you off. They want to scare you. That's just how people are. The T-jet in this video is just a white pump/350. I've run all the big white water in Idaho with a Clusterweld Berkeley.

@@idahoviking true. i have a lot of time in minis reading water but the white water is a bit intimidating lol but one of these days i want to see the snake and salmon....they are just over the hill from me pretty much
