Do you have a video showing how to adjust the coordinate system and axis orientations with these point clouds? I need to rotate a point cloud but can't figure out how to adjust the orientation of the x axis.
I am having an issue where I import my point cloud to C3D and filter it, then the filtered point cloud changes coordinates. Do you have any ideas what may be causing this?
I've never heard of this. Does this happen for all your point clouds or just one? If it's just this one, you may want to explore how the data was collected. Maybe the coordinate system was input incorrectly? Now this is just my quick initial thought and I have no technical backing on this.
I've only heard of one other person having a similar issue and it was due to the fact that they didn't have all the Civil 3D updates installed. Do you have the updates installed?

Civil 3D 2023 seems to be the same as 2018 as far as that button location

I am getting an error where Civil3D hangs/freezes when trying to create a surface from point cloud (RCS file). Is this something you have encountered?
