If you do go for it get the gears/disc brakes assembled/tuned by a technician prior to riding. You can also go for Riverside 120 thats a very good option as well.

I had riverside 100. Sold that few months back, since then I wanted to buy another. After watching your informative video many times, finally bought riverside 120 today. It was out of stock in most of the stores but one DSI told me that one piece might come today. Finally got that. You missed out on Riverside 500. It recently came in stock and has Microshift Marvo as compared to tourney being offered in other bikes in the range. Aluminium frame and superb quality.
@@kunalparashar9766 My friend has the runner pro d. I love the design over the riverside 500, and it does have the advantage of front groupset. The only issue I have is with the weight of the bike. It is quite heavy and is evident when riding in the city without the bike paths. If you plan to do long rides on highway then it shouldn't be a problem. Both are excellent options, in the end it depends on the need and design choice.

Just first and last digits are proivided.. but that's not a big deal for me now as I am relaying on bike speed to determine when to up/down gears ...

I got Firefox Bad Attitude 7 for 10k. I wanted 8, but it wasn't available at the time, so I bought the single speed. It's very good, and thin tires feel very nice. The rigid fork is somewhat shaky for most Indian city roads, but you can use padded gloves if you want to go for long rides. Good bike overall, totally recommended.
@amit deshmukh It's decent for flyovers. I could do grades of upto 1% very easily with this. Also they say a single speed has three gears, 1. normal pedaling, 2. pedal while standing and 3. walking. So it's good for city rides, very low maintenance. Also one advantage I personally feel is that a single speed makes your muscles stronger (just be careful to not knock your knees out). The climbs that I was exhausted to do, are now very easy, after doing 10-20 rides only.

I am almost 175-178 cm and weighs around 95-97 kg. Kindly let me know whether to go for ‘M’ or ‘L’. As per the chart I am good for ‘M’ but when I visited the store I was being asked to go for L which was out of stock then 😔. Please advice

I got Firefox Bad Attitude 7 for 10k. I wanted 8, but it wasn't available at the time, so I bought the single speed. It's very good, and thin tires feel very nice. The rigid fork is somewhat shaky for most Indian city roads, but you can use padded gloves if you want to go for long rides. Good bike overall, totally recommended.

@amit deshmukh It's decent for flyovers. I could do grades of upto 1% very easily with this. Also they say a single speed has three gears, 1. normal pedaling, 2. pedal while standing and 3. walking. So it's good for city rides, very low maintenance. Also one advantage I personally feel is that a single speed makes your muscles stronger (just be careful to not knock your knees out). The climbs that I was exhausted to do, are now very easy, after doing 10-20 rides only.
