    I lost 19kg in 3 months, starting from 102kg down to 83kg, and counting. The lowest weight I remember after growing to current height was 78kg. I intend to reach the same weight or below, hopefully within next 1-2months. I use BTWIN Riverside 120 cycle, sold by Decathlon. I never did cycling after my +2, until February 2021.

    Great video bro, I too lost weight using cycling, I went from 102kg to 76 kg in 1 year doing cycling almost daily
    I felt I also lost muscle mass along with fat tissue so that might be one point to mention - to do strength training along with cycling

    Maine bhi cycle li par mtb kyuki 16k me specification acchi mil rahi thi like acera. Mai to Ghar se bhara hi nahi jaat tha par ab 🙂. Kal hi 63km touch kara ha vo baat alag hai 2 din se bed par hi hu 😂. Par ab maja aata hai bahar jane me.

    The sustainable diet point is correct and matters a lot.
    However, in terms of fat loss, jaggery isn't much better than white sugar. Maybe jaggery got some micronutrients because it is not refined like white sugar, but it is also very calorie dense like white sugar. Eating fruits could be a good solution - you get to eat something sweet which is also less calorie dense and gives fibre & micronutrients.

    Thanks for sharing your journey. It was really nice. I have only one question. Did you just do only cycling or did you also do any other exercises along with cycling to lose your weight?. Just out of curiosity. I was told by some of the trainers that just cycling will not help and you need to also build your muscle (weight training) to burn fat. Is that true?

Those who gives critical suggestions (just like salad example you gave, I completely agree), I cannot follow due to my lifestyle but what you said I can follow with home food and cycling. Thanks. I have one question, If I take a MTB can I change it to Hybrid later? And vise versa. I am starting my cycling journey. Thinking to take triad X4 in my budget or Waltx Summit 27.5 which is MTB. I am prone to travel. I have already done 40km with an old Hercules cycle. I travelled here and there with that without thinking about road condition. Now when I am choosing between Hybrid vs MTB, everytime I am thinking i might do a little bit off roading and that's driving me towards MTB. Although I have considered Hybrid. Please help Ajay.

      No, that's a good bike. It has 27.5 inch wheels which are better for longer rides. I am also from Sunny enclave, so I know the situation of roads here but still st100 is best bike for that price and purpose :)

    Similar story of mine bro..! I was around 110 kgs during covid time. Now i'm 88kilos .. Still my weight loss journey is on progress. I do 10 Km Cycling everyday morning with calorie deficit , But please suggest me to reduce my side fat.. There is a little more side fat.. Did u combine any other exercises for side fat ? Please advice me .. I use Montra mount bike , i do use strava app for tracking workouts.My pace is around 18-20kmph for 10km/day.. So far good.. But i want to get rid of my side fat..     Hey thanks for sharing your journey. Can you let me know, if we ride empty stomach, what are the risks involved. I kind of feel very hungry during early morning. So i do my ride during evening hours. Now thinking should I do the morning ride or evening ride after watching your video.
    PS: I have a single speed Firefox Voya and I do around 20-25km every evening.

      If you feel very hungry, just eat something light. It does not matter, it is all about eating less than what you use in the whole day. Shift some of your later food to early if you want to ride early. Regularity is probably the only reason to shift to morning - it is not going to give you more fat loss just because you do it in morning instead of evening.

      go for hero howler bro i completed 4000km on it . cost uh near about 11000

      I ride a single speed hybrid bike (non gear) from decathlon. I comfortably ride 15-20 kms on it on city roads.
      Would just recommend you to get padded cycling shorts with it especially if you are a guy, otherwise it’s going to hurt a lot down there. 😂
      I ride without those shorts easily for 15-20 kms, but then it’s a little easier for women.

    Brother. Mene kuch hi din pehle hercules ka MTB bike liya hai. Kal se cycling start kiya mene. Kal 8kms chalaya, aaj morning ko 11 kms and evening ko 3 kms chalaya. My weight is 75 kgs and aged 22. Jo bike mene li hai kya woh kam nahi degi weight loss me? Kya better results nahi milenge? Please reply ❤️

    Hope u are fine brother just wanted to ask ka through cycling ap na kasa belly fat ko khatam kia ku ka min bhi road bike use karta hon diet plan apna follow krta hon roz 30 km morning mein karta hon from like last 6 months mein 30 km kar rdha hon pori body fit ho gai ha 1 chest fat or 1 belly fats nahin ja raha han is kalia kia karon ? Cycling mein 3 years se kr rha hon mein na jab start ki thi tab mera w8 110 tha phr 65 ho gaya ha lakin abhi bhi belly fats ka issue ha bas is ka btain ap
