Imagine if someone took this footage with a 360 view camera. In decades to come the experience of a walk around what the real world was like before lockdowns will be an 'experience' of something so beyond every day experience that it would make the licensor a rich recorder of history.
Many years ago I watched Almas Heavy lift from California make a similar move from Boston to Ayer,MA. About 45 miles.Talking to the owner he said his next move was in New Zealand.Awesome centipede operation!!!
Interessant wird es, wenn man dieses Geschoss zurücksetzen muss. Fahre selbst seit über 20 Jahren einen 40 Tonner, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie gesteuert, ja noch nicht einmal gesehen. Jungs. meine Hochachtung
Easily best heavy video I have seen, if I was wealthy I would buy a Trojan tractor -more exciting than any super-car, think I'd call it Monster Munch (all I could think of)
Noticed the prime movers were left hand drive. Drove a push mover in Oz for a couple years in NSW but never had a spare mover out front like these guys.
Derek Russell. They are professionals in transporting heavy loads... not experts in bouncing vehicles out the way. The van got moved, so I’d say success. I’m sure your knowledge of bouncing vehicle out the way has earns you thousands over the years?
They’re all LH drive. Built in small quantities for an international market and last for years, so not many made per year. Most countries drive on the right, and it’s uneconomic to make separate LH and RH drive vehicles. And it makes no difference - they’re hardly speedy, and always escorted. The lead driver’s more concerned with what’s going on behind him than in front of him.
And they were being steered, or didn’t you notice? You’re forgetting the side and centre overhang of the load. That has to clear structures, trees, buildings, etc, etc.
Tire is changed, kool nice and American looking vary good guy , you are good Americans, thanks lololol, God is the boss thank you Jesus Christ amen amen thanks y’all BigAl California.
I do like interesting engineering and transport, that's why I looked. But that video is possibly the most boring thing I have ever had to skip through. Fast Forward required here. 40minutes worth!!!
Half Fool. It’s transportation of an extremely heavy load on a public highway... That takes time, skill and planning. Go back to RC cars if you want fast exciting fun.
These guys are so skilled at what they do it’s a pleasure to watch. 👍

Das ist ein Super Video, vorallen der Trojan, ich bin einfach Happy ! MFG Michael, Germany Hamburg
Das war ja ein langer Transport, hab ich so noch nie gesehen. Hut ab vor denen, die das zu steuern hatten.

That sure is some serious kit they have there, and knowing how to use it.

Ive thought the same about owning a Trojan. Would certainly turn heads on the school run!
And the stupid name would make it work better?
But there isn't a Trojan in the video.......
@@leftboot83 it's the big red 8 wheeler, you can't miss it....
@@adriankatsikides3390 That's the original Unipower.

How much does a move like this cost? Anybody?
At 20:00, clearly they had no idea how to bounce a car out of the way!

Outstanding....
update video liked very much. Take care.
11’10 automatique driving truck 👍🏻
Reason for left-hand drive in the lead lorry?

So whose pocket does the sign replacements come out of? The movers or the company paying them to move it?
It’ll be the movers. All costed in.
HOW MANY TONS WAS IT WHICH NEEDED POWER OF 3 LORIES??
Hi Viz shop did well that week.
27:50 There is a free truck, there are police, move the car to the side so as not to interfere.
Tremendous work. I wonder how much that trailer cost and how often it gets used?
they've got some good old kit
To quote my old, dead, friend Oliver, "great googley moogely!"
Pretty old them wagons P reg??
The P-reg Unipower was the youngest of the drawbar tractors in use. Age isn't important on jobs like this, it's the colossal power that matters
Manufactured 1997, first uk reg 2004. Currently SoRN
J71wre is 1992.
The Unipower MH88875 was built as a contender for the UK tank tranporter contract but lost out to the Oshkosh HET.
Ohh that was interesting. Question. How many tyres can that bogie afford to loose before it''s unserviceable?
Great drivers!!
Who's in the black saloon car, is it the lawers?
Hearse...... for everyone that didn't get out of the way
Dam what big this is..
Mårten Lindfeldt. English is spot on.
Luckey day. An outside flat tire.
All this hardware and logistics to move a 20 picometer sized chunk of neutron star matter. Neutron stars are that massive and dense.
Wanker comment.
Can you imagine what the end cost is to do such a move? $$$$$$$$$$!
All I can think of is Homer Simpson’s $10 per axle car park scam.....
Hi
The money would need to b in the account before startin that job
Wide angles and snail speeds !!!ALE should talk to Canada ,
Ibelive they have airpower to lift such now !!!
Bit OTT with going wide on the outside bend verges... you have a steerable dolly front and back
And they were being steered, or didn’t you notice? You’re forgetting the side and centre overhang of the load. That has to clear structures, trees, buildings, etc, etc.

AMERICAN!! these guys are BRITS wtf.
There you go British Gas, take Ale to court for criminal damage. No cones warning of the intended action of the transport company
