LEGO Dimensions should be Re-released in a Remastered/Ultimate Edition where it's just One Big Game with absolutely Everything Available within the game, and no need for the Multitude of Figures that Used to be required to obtain so that they could be unlocked within, the availability would already Be There, you just need to perform certain objectives to Unlock them.
