Boy did i click on your video at the right time I just made my famous scallop potato's , and i ended up with a lot of extra , so i'm excited to make bread for the 1st time, so thank you for this video. To add a little value i'm going to give my recipe to all who love's an award winning scallop potato recipe . Depends on size of lasagna style pan as to how many people you want to feed. Skin or skin on boil enough potato's to slice them a 1/4 of an inch thick. You want your potato's to come out boiled firm, not falling apart. Lay the 1st layer of potato's covering the style pan i mentioned, and then sprinkle chopped green onion chives on top. I bunch is good for a large pan. Then make your sauce . Two to 3 cans of Campbell's cream of chicken , 32 OZ sour cream, and 1 stick of butter softened. If you want for a healthier dish you can skip the butter. Mix all together. Spread sauce just covering the top of potato's. Then sprinkle the top with Jack Cheese, and repeat the process as many layer's you want without going over the top. Bake on 350 for about 40 minutes or until the top of the cheese is lightly turning brown. Most people will enjoy this dish.
Cool. I'm watching from Taiwan where ovens are not prevalent but I imagine I could do this with one of their toaster ovens. Also, substituting something like cauliflower or broccoli might work and be interesting.
