Barba is the best lawyer in SVU history, and my favorite. He nails the bad guys bites back when attacked by the other side and has a wicked sense of humor
He needs to come back. I love how he redirects. His relationship with the whole team is just amazing.
I always wonder what he would be like with Stabler communicating.

I mean, Rollins and carisi are ok… and of course everyone has wanted benson and stabler from the jump… but seeing it go from “barson” to whatever it is now because all of a sudden barba is replaced with stabler being back is heart shattering… of course I wanted it in the beginning of the seasons…. And I did miss stabler… but I will FOREVER be BARSON! Or at least bring him back with a new person (since Kat has a girlfriend), let him have someone to for the love of god! 😭😭 I will always be pro-barba. 💪
@@jessicaamison5491 I can understand that. I do want him happy, I hope they set him up with someone good. Kinda like Fin... Phoebe didn't feel like a thrown together character, she felt worthy of Fin. Likewise I would love to see Barba with somebody that feels on his level and knows what they have.
Really miss Barba. I always got a feeling that he had feelings for her. He cared about her a lot. He was the best A.D.A on the show. They had chemistry. Love the videos.

There is a difference between loving somebody and being in love with somebody. I am absolutely sure that they love each other, but I do not think that they are in love with each other. I think Benson is harboring a love for Stabler.

I always got the feeling that it was like a brother-sister type of love like for example I have a co-worker that me and him have worked together for four years he is like my brother in every sense of the word we drive each other absolutely Bonkers we laugh we argue then makeup and I would beat the ever-loving crap out of somebody if they threatened him he played a prank on me that he was leaving and resigning from the job and I cried he is literally the only person I have ever cried as far as a co-worker leaving for another job

Liv and barba are just the best he is the only one who never let liv down love it so sad when he left
His season 23 appearance makes this sentiment (and me) so sad. He broke Liv's trust and felt bad for it and I could understand his stance but man... I really hope he has a redemption arc, it can't end like that. Their friendship was so special cause unlike Stabler who disappeared without contact for over a decade, Barba kept in touch.
He is now a D.A and they are not working together anymore.
And Stabler is back..
I hope that her "I miss you too" is going somewhere else than words, only words.
Barba and Benson was like " a comic relief", only like Munch and Fin. But Barba and Benson have some untold feelings and it would be ok if they'd work on these.
Hope that season 24 is soon aired and some things come to an end.

Oh the last clip of them squabbling at 85 hurt my soul. I didn’t ship them. But they were kindred spirits. Barba was the best, always balls to the wall but he had the kindest heart. He was the best of the best.
They really should bring in Novak, Cabot, and Barbara an have them solve a case together.

Maybe,,,Liv doesn't want Stabler meet Barba because she feels kind of guilty for making friend and having"fun" with someone else than her old partner.( Who was jealous about her boyfriends).
She wants things to be distinct in different boxes. She has feelings for Stabler since minute one but,,, there is also something with Barba.
Which is not easy to handle.
-I hope she will stay with Barba and be squabbling with him till they are 85 and over.
But she said, to Stabler, "You were the most , single most important person in my life.
And you desappeared"...-then I met Rafa ...and we want to be squabbling together when we are 85... " She would betray her old partner who is grieving.

Stopped watching SVU couldn't watch it after Stabler left, was curious so started season 13 this year... Then discovered Barba 😍only reason I continued watching, now on season 16, the show got better after Stabler left & now he's back... bonus! 🥰
