- Today the family and I cut the hole into our pond and went for a swim. This is such a challenge for us so I'm really proud of everyone.

I would ALWAYS discuss this with your doctor first before trying this if you have a condition. And NEVER try this alone even if you dont have seizures, you can blackout and drown.

God bless you Roman, here’s some advice to you or anyone you think needs to hear it if your confidence revolves around your image or what ppl think of u or if your ever feeling like you don’t look good enough or if you have any insecurities or if anyone ever puts you down you should think of this, your confidence should revolve around the person you are, u should value the person you are above the way you look, that’s what ppl care for, the ones who put you down about yourself, it’s because hurt ppl hurt ppl, if you have any insecurities it’s bc you believed the ppl who put u down were right, if you think like that your wrong, the way one thinks of you is subjective,if people are mean to you it’s bc people r so low with themselves they feel the need to make others feel lower than them, there was a point where i used to be that kinda person, if a person is genuinely happy they wouldn’t feel the need to be mean toward people, n in reality people care for your character, the ones who judge you as a person off the way you look are people who live life looking with envy, they live life revolving around what people think of them n how they look, they don’t care for you the way you think they do, ppl care for the person you are n the decisions you make, you should value that above your image, don’t live life with the wrong purpose, don’t let your emotions dictate life or make your decisions, make decisions that are right, everything will fall into place. some more advice to anyone you think needs to hear it, don’t want someone cus their beautiful or handsome, don’t let them capture you by the way they look at you, don’t mix looking with envy or liking a person’s personality with your sexual desire
Poor Roman... he wanted to start doing vlogs every Monday he said not long ago and did start at the beginning of this month. But since they all got sick for 2-3 weeks they couldn't. We're just glad you're All better and still here with your family and friends. Love & blessings to all of you ❤
