ValeryVal good tip for converting Fahrenheit into Celsius just know that freezing is 32 degrees and boiling point is 212, and the only temperature that is the same on both scales is -44 degrees
So freezing point of water from Fahrenheit to Celsius is 32 = 0 and the boiling point is 212 = 100

this cold water is not even compared to the water in finland
unless Finland is under 5 atmospheres of pressure (which i can assure you, since it is on earth, its not) then the water in Finland will not drop under freezing. in fact, water anywhere under normal atmospheric pressure does not go under freezing. in short, no matter where you are in the world, the coldest water will ever be is 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
