    These full body workouts are the best. Especially when you don't have to bounce around the gym searching for equipment.

    I had to put my workouts on hold this past week because my wrist is bothering me; maybe it's because I'm a 39 old man now.
    Anyway, last year I found a good recipe and it DOES work in losing weight after a workout. Here's how it goes:
    1 Grill a chicken breast on the George Foremen
    2 Prepare sticky white rice
    3 Microwave broccoli and onions for 3 minutes
    Put them together and top it with avocado oil, lemon pepper and Mrs. Dash seasoning.
    VERY good dinner. I make it every time after a workout and I noticed I do lose weight.

      James is still crushing it in his 50s haha. Gonna be some aches and pains along the way, but still plenty of years of training ahead haha.
      And that is a great post workout meal, the real important thing helping with weight loss is the amount of calories in the meal vs. something else people would normally eat. Awesome if it's working for you though and enjoy it, keep with it!

    This has been GREAT for myself. I set up a small basement gym. With minimal time on my hands, & a business that I run, I really like how much this workout (paired with clean dieting) gets me into shape

      @@BlueStarNutraceuticals could not agree more. I had to learn the hard way. But Water instead of juices, pop, & gatorade. Clean protein instead of fried. Heavy on the Veggies instead of the starches. I went from 250lbs to 211 where I am now. Aiming to get to 185. This workout is such an instrumental element. Thanks guys👍🏾

    This is great. I’ve done barbell complexes a few times. I’m better with reps than time. The squats are an issue being that my knees aren’t what they were 35 years ago. I will give this routine a go very soon.

    Great workout!! Its some kind of Barbell Complexes. Besides though people wrongly think this type of Training is good too for hypertrophy and mass gaining. You can also build muscle with this if You have any Sort of progression

      Yeah these weighted metabolic conditioning workouts are great for cranking up your metabolism, and if you're applying progressive overload over time, can help pack on lean muscle mass and strength too! Best of both worlds.

      People this workout amazing I only did three rounds do to my fitness level but I felt it the next day ...I suffer from high blood pressure low testosterone. After completing this work I work up refreshed ready for the work week

      No, you don't need to but at the end of the day is simply depends on what you want to achieve and whether time allows it.
      What matters most is that you make sure your nutrition, hydration and rest, meet the demands of your overall goals and recovery.

    I used 11 kg bar as I ama beginner and I have kienbock's in my wrist and I finished 400 complex barbell reps in 30 minutes.

    I have done all the exercises in linear fashion means first done 3 sets of exercises one then moved to second exercise and i done floor press on bench means bench press now i am feeling exhausted
