Great quick workout! I need heavier dumbbells at home to push me a little more. I have chronic pain in my left elbow and found it difficult to do the overhead extensions, but pushed through the pain. I’m loving this challenge and I’m already seeing changes! I’m also taking Status, Blade and GH Peak for supplements!
You're so welcome! Craig, pending on the location of your arm when the elbow pain kicks in, you may want to do partial reps with iso-metric (static) holds. For example, hold for 8 seconds, lift another 1-2 inches and hold for another 8 seconds, and do this one more time. DO NOT fall below the 90 degree angle and don't full extend when at the top of the movement. This also allows you to get away from heavier weights. Does this information help?

Really depends on your strength and experience with each of the exercises. But for best results you'll definitely want a few pairs to increase/decrease weights as needed from exercise to exercise.
Weight lifting should always take top priority. Your goal should always be progressive overload with your training. Performing weights first allows you to give it your best shot with full intensity. The more lean muscle you have, the higher your resting metabolism will be to maintain that muscle. Cardio is generally less demanding on the nervous system and is fine to do after weight training for additional calorie burn. However performing cardio before weights can decrease your performance on weight training and make it difficult to continue progressing.
We wanted to focus on the back and core specifically for the renegade row, and allow the use of heavier weights. If adding a kickback, would likely have to reduce the weight. But if you want to add in the kickback, the dumbbells are in your hands haha. Have at it and let us know how it goes!

Pretty good to stay fit and not too big, my workout at home looks like this! 3 or 4 days in a row then take a 1 day break

Because you have to go for 30 seconds all out, should only be about 50% of your 1 rep max

You can do this after your workout, or at a separate time of day, as long as you feel you're able to recover well enough afterwards.

You can, although it's best to stick to only 3-5 days per week to allow enough time for recovery
