The thing about the End Dimension spawn is kinda funny. Normally, all End Portals lead to the main island spawn, but if you spawn an End Portal block in the Nether, it will transport you to the End in the same location as your current Nether coords. And since the April Fools update treats all extra dimensions like Nether, it sent rekrap using Nether calculations instead of Overworld ones.
so youre saying if by chance the coords refers to an air block between end islands, it would either spawn a platform made out of netherack, or rek would just go to the void?

@@aguyontheinternet8436 The language is swedish because the minecraft hq is located in sweden, also it's right outside the house where a mailbox usually resides so it's safe to assume that it's related to the postmen.

I used to be a fan, but after watching this Masterpiece, now I'm whole air-conditioner.
This is the best April Fools snapshot in the game. Some of the randomly generated dimensions look really pretty.
I had one look like the overworld but dark, pink, orange, and most stone was replaced by gravel and glow stone
And then I had one that was just a bone floor with tons of giants and starter chests

There are certain books that take you straight to the End, one of them is "abatised redivides". As far as I know, this isn't an intended feature, it's just that the text in the book gets converted into a number somehow, and for some texts, this number is 2, which is the id for the End dimension.

Now THIS is a Minecraft playthrough that has merit. No run is the same- you have to go through and hope you find what you need. This is amazing and congrats on the win.

Uh rek... not sure if you know this, but you can access the end from the nether portals using the code "abatised redivides" without the quotes, because it corresponds to dimension id 2. Everything with the stronghold and such was not necessary. Still a great video!
honestly that would be hilarious if he just finds a dimension first try with everything he needs, gears up, and goes through that dimension to the end and wins in 5 mins
The end doesn’t use is 2 iirc, I think it uses -1
@@qwart22 I just did a quick search, and everything says that the Overworld is 0, the Nether is -1, and the end is 1. I'm not sure how that all interacts with the dimension update, though.

This snapshot is so underrated. I've played with a modpack on it in a void world and it's really fun. A similar experience you can make is with RFTools Dimensions.

I’m gonna have to try that now. I’ve messed around on creative within Version Infinity quite a bit but actually playing it on survival and beating the game is something I wouldn’t have thought of
The infinity snapshot has always reminded me of the backrooms in a strange way, especially the big library room. Great video!
5:05 The reason some of the dimensions have the same terrain is because it doesn't change unless you move your portal.
Its kinda like a nether portal, but it randomizes the blocksband the terrain generation? If that makes any sense.
A cooler challenge would be that every time you go back thru a portal, you get teleported thousands of blocks away from your previous portal

Those Netherite stairs are apparently called "Swaggiest Stairs Ever" in the game. Wish you had picked them up!
The reason the tnt ignited when you punched it around 11:50 was an Easter egg to back in alpha Minecraft when that was the way to blow it up. You could prank people with it by placing it in their base and they could not get rid of it without it exploding

@@Q7h7 you could craft tnt with sand and gunpowder, then you got it as an item. But once it was placed down, it wasn’t possible to remove the block without blowing it up
