That was a great explanation of what an NFT is but I have a somewhat related question: What is your opinion on NFTs in gaming? I'm seeing a lot of pressure from gamers to make companies stop using NFTs in their games. Many gaming companies have already stopped talking about this but there are still some that keep pushing forward with plans to introduce NFTs in particular games. Not sure if you are aware of this or not. If you are, I would appreciate your input. If not, maybe someone from the comments section can share their thoughts😀
NFTs I’m gaming I know are not popular at the moment, but just like any new trend or technology it is going to grow over time. Gamers will be using NFTs whether that means they create their own collection and fans purchase them to support, or maybe a gaming team NFT. Either way long-term, NFTs will change gaming
I have alot of investment in stocks, gold and silver but l'm very happy I also bought and invested a little in bitcoin as well, because bitcoin presently is the most profitable investment I have. I look forward to investing and buying more bitcoins
YES THANK YOU for saying it outright. the core starting reason for NFTs is MONEY LAUNDERING. no one is going to pay a million dollars for something that looks like it was made in Kid Pix in 45 seconds. NO ONE. I'm sick of people acting like oOOOOH this VERY SPECIAL pile of pixels has aRt VaLuE~ no. it doesnt. it is simply a vehicle for money laundering. you just earned a subscriber for that realness. thanks.
Me wanting to know more about NFTs, but reading about them is too complex so I decided to watch a video. Ending up reading a web page inside of the video.. Lmao
Amazing that there is an interest by some to pay so much for something of so little value. I can see why there is so much interest from the dark money corner.
I'm an artist Marko, new to the game but having great success. Out of the blue, someone from Voguex Financial whats to buy my paintings as NFT's? Your vid did help me a little (up to today never heard of NFT's)..but of course the big question is..how much do I sell for? Any advice would be very welcome, thank you, Michael
That’s a good comparison to the WOW selling of items and characters. I know someone who sold his high level character for cash when he was done with it. I’m a little worried where this NFT craze might lead as with WOW there were the gold farmers and people were playing WOW for a ridiculous number of hours to get special items and level up to something worth selling.
Thanks for your wonderful comments and ratings. I really appreciate ❤️. I'll advise you to invest in stocks like I do and make good profits as it's currently the most, profitable investment

Amazing video man, great job explaining it even to a dutch guy like me
Still can't wrap my head around the draw of these NFTs. Gonna stick to BTC i think. Hey can you do a video on stablecoins since they pay so much more interest that cash. great vid. thanks
Why can't you just scan and duplicate the Mona Lisa? NFT's are just digital writs of ownership. It's not about the tangibility; it's about the exclusivity and ownership.
The website you upload it to, they use blockchain technology, but you have to pay to upload the NFT. I don’t know how the code will transfer when people right click to save an image or screenshot the NFT 🤷🏻♀️
@@Porcelynnn so its validating the NTF ID or the image itself? I think people are caught up with the unique ID aspect. The blockchain is not going to validate an physical image, they are looking for the NFT ID. And a "website" is not a decentralized platform, so no way to validate anything without gatekeepers. What if someone made a Disney logo NFT? Will they own that? No, Disney has a copywrite.
A movie NFT would make far more since though, its a unique ID for a ticket to enter an event. Its basically a QR code on the blockchain. But idk how practical using NFT technology is for disposable movie tickets.
Also, just because something is sold at Christie's for a huge amount of money doesn't necessarily mean the item is authentic. (But rarely does this get discussed.)

Facebook's transition to Metaverse makes crazy sense now, geez!
This a godsend to a certain kind of entrepreneur.
Always like how you explain it to common laymen (better than Andrei Jikl's). Keep it up.

Why does this confirm my belief that we will soon go back to trading rice for eggs? Or ammunition for a horse 🤦♀️
I would definitely trade a horse for 20 boxes of 9mm at this point.
I wanna know who dislikes your videos 🤷♂️ they’re 👌🏻

I assume it's people with super specific thoughts on various personal finance issues. The TH-cam version of an Oxford comma debate.
Invest globally in bitcoin, gold, silver, forex market, commodities. Just don't be left out and save yourself
Pure wise comment.
investing in crypto with the guidance of an Expert is the best and more profitable
That won't bother you if you trade with a professional like Expert Jessica Leigh Caden
I heard her strategies are really good and she's the best because she understands every beginners intention
Lmao
So excited for the future with these!

DIGITAL ART IS AN AMAZING IDEA! Reward creativity and individualism!!
Amazing that there is an interest by some to pay so much for something of so little value. I can see why there is so much interest from the dark money corner.

So I see this also being how companies like game stop could move into the future of games
Arthur to his knights if they had a time machine: "On 2nd thought, let's not go to the future, 'tis a silly place."
what is this nft iidk it

I'm an artist Marko, new to the game but having great success. Out of the blue, someone from Voguex Financial whats to buy my paintings as NFT's? Your vid did help me a little (up to today never heard of NFT's)..but of course the big question is..how much do I sell for? Any advice would be very welcome, thank you, Michael
That was a really good video. Thank you so much. Me, I would not paid that much on those things.
Along with its campaign and sponsorship projects, OJA gives its users the opportunity to experience blockchain technology in the easiest way.

"but what do i know, im just a guy on youtube"..... most underrated thing i ever heard, why does this not have like billions of views. i feel like i woke up ever since i understood blockchain a little.... and now the avatar inside me goes crazy.

Saw people buying tweets on Twitter so I wanted to know what nfts are about. Thanks for the video!
Another great video! Like and share worthy!
This is a great video thank you boss...
I’m confused. How do you “patent” An nft it to prove you are the original owner/inventor?
(But rarely does this get discussed.)
great content
So could I draw something cool and sell it as an nft?
I feel sad. As an outsider struggling to pay my mortgage for a real house to live in, these figures for digital art, seem preposterous.
A lot of it is money washing in my humble opinion. I could be wrong
@@WhiteBoardFinance - I had the same 'dirty thoughts.
@@WhiteBoardFinance it’s also the rich getting richer. Jack Dorsey better have some good charities he is giving to (he probably doesn’t, he’s not a good person).
1 - As an artist i feel sad to see peope like you hate on digital art. This is our chance as artists to make some money and is not fair to hate on us.Start selling NFTs and stop complaining. I do not complain that actors get millions or that bankers like Marko used to do are stripping us naked. Bankers are the reason you cannot pay your mortgage. Feel sad that they make billions not millions like SOME artist make. This is how Art always worked, some make millions or billions like Damian Hirst all the others barely make a living.. 2- This is just a way to promote Ether and Flow and Wax to go higher in price trough creating a market for them , not so much money laundering but financial engineering.
Thank you. Very informative.
It is such an interesting world we are going into. Crypto I love and am invested in, and definitely understand the use case of them. This NFT stuff is super interesting and weird at the same time.

Selling farts in a jar, guarantee authenticity.
First thing that came to mind was an episode of black mirror I personally cannot see how someone would pay money for these PS I loved ready player one
This is literally I have a bridge to sell you.. taken to a whole new level lol
I own 6 crypto kitties 😂😂 the game is highkey fun you just never know what you’re gunna get and I think that’s why I keep buying more to breed more 😂😂
yayyy straying ppl away from Nft's. thanks man, more for me =)
I am living on a different world from this lol
Now THAT makes sense!! (I won't give away the spoiler, but that makes sense why the values are so high for some pieces.)
I was all for Cryptos, but when I'm seeing where this digital "World" is heading, I want out. Back to reality, back to nature, back to freedom! This is just fully ridiculous!

Let me see if I have this straight. People either create and sell virtual stuff or they buy it from other people? I figure I’m oversimplifying, but am I at least on the right track?
