As he should! Listen, as a registered Democrat, I'm not in favor of Joe's economic handling, it's been rough. But there are so many other factors to his presidency that I support, including human rights like LGBTQ+ and abortion, on top of clean energy. Plus, who wants to usher in a man literally on trial over criminal charges? I'm with Biden'; I was in 2020 and I am in 2024.
The world is different. Economics are different. Health is different, as is healthcare. Younger people have so many options, but they seems to be wandering obliviously, maybe selfishly, because they've been coddled and protected on an epic scale. Real life is hard. Money is hard to earn. Time is precarious. Think, Then vote for your country men and women and you.
To that logic, it's encouraged to vote not by immediate fic nor emotional or personal feeling, but the long term effect. If you vote on the quick fix, you're only putting a band aid over the surgical wound so to speak. Go long term and thing about the future.
President Biden got us out of the horrible mess Trump left us in. The U.S. had the fastest economic recovery after COVID from around the world. Our economy is thriving, which is why Trump wants it to crash before the election. Trump gave tax cuts to the ultra rich, which gave us a 8T$ deficit (in 1 term). Then Trump tried cutting Social Security/Medicare. And if elected Trump will do it again.

Yes my young adults voted for Biden and will again vote for Biden in November 2024. Please have those conversations with the young folks about what impact their daily lives. For me, it’s a casual conversation regarding their daily challenges. We discussed importance of voting. And we do it over casual settings, such as of pizza or a glass of beer. So I make the topic nonthreatening, where they feel empowered to speak about their daily lives.
Find ways to engage your young folks, children, neighbors, nieces, or nephews. Let’s not forget our elderly voters who may need assistance to get to the pole or they simply prefer to use the mail in ballot. Let’s not wait until October 2024. Let’s engage everyone now.
Our daughter just bought a condo, small 1BR but as she said, it's hers, and the banks. There are two items in play here, one is her college debt and the other being realistic of what she could afford. She grew up in a very nice neighborhood but never thought how much it cost and how long it took to get there! Now she knows!

I am much older than my younger brother. I am 69. Change is very slow but you can make a difference. I know you feel like the world is against you. It seems they ignore you. The only way to decrease inflation is to take money out of your pockets so that you don't have any money to spend on goods and services which will drive down demand and force companies to lower prices!

Now, we are getting a better insight into what voters are really deciding in their choices. I saw this happening after the January 6th House committee, then when Trump got hit with 4 indictments and 91 charges, now down to 88....but we really had the most impact, was Donald losing those 2 huge NY civil lawsuits and big fines, along with his inability to keep his mouth shut, which will hurt him at conviction and sentencing time, he has been losing voters over the last three and a half years!

I feel the same as them, and I'm 44. We sold our house in Aug 2019, escaped TX, moved our 4 kids out to Oregon, and planned on buying a year later. Then COVID hit, I got cancer, and now we have no idea how we will ever buy a home again!! Corps bought up homes, inflated pricing, and jacked up the rent, and then the rates went up. Trapped us.

There is only one party that has the long term interests of the younger generation in mind with climate change mitigation, affordable health care, gun violence, college debt relief, etc. Also, if the younger generation wants younger candidates to vote for, they have to organize, engage and promote their candidates, and by all means, VOTE in EVERY election. This election, president Biden is the choice, maybe next election we can find a younger candidate like Gavin Newsom, or some other up and comer with governor, or congressional experience.
