Wow! Surprizing. Very opaque too. I could see uses for it, especially mixed with alizerin crimson. I'm in pa. Not far from epicenter. Didn't feel the quake, but we're on a rock hill. Down in the flats, I'm sure they felt it. All those 1800's brick buildings, the mortor is soft. East coast can't handle quakes.
I was just doing dishes when everything SHOOK and then ten seconds later my phone just lit up from family and friends going "DID YOU FEEL THAT" "THEY FELT IT IN JERSEY!!", it was quite a day
@@CallyKariShokka we've felt 3's that came from orange county n.y. down in the flats by the river..but this was a high 4! Unusual & a bit scary! I'd bet the way our weathers been in the northeast, were going to get tornados too.
@@CallyKariShokka hope there's no clouds! Sometimes, on the outer edges the partial shadow hits, and clouds form. I saw that here in the early 80s. I have an 8 inch telescope with a solar filter..will be cool if its clear. Yes people will think its judgment day if we get both!
Sometimes when I use a limited palette I use a couple of additional colors at the end sparingly that make the painting come alive. I could see this coffee brown color filling that role. It certainly has pizazz. Good find Cally. Interestingly it is made from a mixture of an alizerin crimson substitute, an indian yellow substitute and Pthalo green.
May I make a request for a review? The oil paint many claim to be the best, the Rolls Royce, the cream of the crop....... Maimeri Puro. I've been very tempted to pick up a tube but $$$$. :)
That's quite a lovely color for "Coffee Brown". I wonder if they want to stand out where it's inspired from the cherries instead of the roasted beans? They quite look juicy.

@@Broody58 The aftershock was fun, too. :D I kinda hope we get an aftershock during the eclipse because people will lose their MINDS.

Thanks for your video.
What is the better Shinhan or Rembrandt??
I have not tried Shinhan's full line, but just from what I have so far, I think I'd lean more towards Shinhan.
Thanks for your answer. Shinhan's colors seem to be more vivid.
Rembrandt, unless you want fast drying time. Watch out for some of the Shinhan paints because some of the pigments aren't lightfast.
Nice colour!, but according to Jacksons website most of the colours are not lightfast.
PR177, PY128, PG7 all have adequate lightfastness properties. PR177 is a little less lightfast than other two.
Many brands have some pigments that aren't lightfast. Some have more than others. Shoppers need to know their pigment codes.
