Mia carissima Teresa! Che piacere ritrovarti! You are finally back in your beloved Italy and in your beloved Rome! I think it's the best way to celebrate your wedding anniversary (mine will be tomorrow ... 21 years old !!) and your husband's birthday too! Well, what can I say? The apartment is just .... lovely! Absolutely delightful, welcoming and with all the comforts. I think you felt really welcome by the owner, who even baked you a cake! Beautiful atmosphere with those original wooden beams, the fireplace and the terrace overlooking the neighborhood. You will find yourself perfectly at ease! Finally on the road, isn't it, my dear Teresa? Finally we can go back to feeling a little more free and travel, although it is always better to keep precautions as much as possible ... But returning to travel is a dream come true! My husband and I returned yesterday from Switzerland, where we spent Easter. We haven't felt like taking the plane yet, so we chose a destination close to Milan to go by car as we had very few days available. But it was just as wonderful! Happy Anniversary I was headed to Greece this Friday and came down with covid I'm so sad I was so looking forward to my vacation haven't been anywhere since fall 2019. I'm stuck in the house recovering now the airbnb is beautiful they are becoming more popular than hotels I'm set to go to Italy in October Milan, Venice and Florence region hopefully all goes well with that trip really looking forward to it I love Italy.
