Exported a mono wav 24bit pcm at 48000Hz with reaper and the looper wouldn't take it. Used audacity and it worked. Anyway this feature makes it so much better. Import custom backing tracks, import songs you're trying to learn. Awesome for the price.😂
I have the 9 loop model, and I get as far as having the 9 wav files show up on my computer. However, I can't copy and paste them to desktop. I can't save them to my computer, and I can't open them to listen to them. If I ever do figure this out, is there a way to name the different loops other than 1.wav, etc. If you want to save 50 loops, how do you organize or label them? Other than the saving to computer aspect, it's a very nice pedal, but it appears I'm limited to 9 loops.
I had a similar problem and changed to a thicker usb cable. I think some cables are made to transfer more data. I can upload, download and listen to the wav's without issue now. BTW, thanks Rich for this helpful video.
Hi, i think i have sort of a solution: go to settings of your computer, and look for external devices, a screen that shows your mouse, USB etc. The looper should there be too, but shown as a speaker icon, or something else. Delete it, and plug it in again, and try to open the file, not working? Delete it again, and sometimes it does find it after 3/4 attempts, and you can copy the file
Any idead or is it just the cable? I cant find the one that came with the looper just using a random one. It shows up as storage but cant copy them across to laptop.
Struggling with mine. Windows 10 PC. Still room on the cloud etc. I open the Lekato file box on desktop and it shows my last loop. Seems to be working, transferring that to PC no problem. I now want to drag another wav into the box. 48/ 24 bit/ mono etc. It won't move across.
Great video! I still can't import any wav files from the PC to the pedal though. I exported a loop I had previously done on the pedal and edited it on reaper, saved it as 48kHz 24bit but it still won't work. It is not a large file, less than 1MB. However, when I try to paste the original recording (without editing) again into the pedal folder, it works. Any idea on how to fix this?
@@joshebeleazar1515 Same issue for me, too. The looper won't play appropriately formatted/named WAVs I create OR any WAVs that I previously exported from the exact same looper. Are you, perhaps, trying this on a Mac? I am...with the garbage CubeSuite software they provide.

Great video, I followed the steps and managed to get the whole spec of what is needed. However it won’t let my paste the new WAV file into the fixed storage, any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
I had that issue initially. Turns out, if the loop is over 5 mins, a fail message pops up saying something like 'the device has turned off or become disconnected'. Making the loop < 5 mins solved this. Hope this helps.
Needs a kernel driver which unfortunately doesn't exist, at least on the Debian side. forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?t=151782 *However, workaround:* Use a USB OTG (USB OnTheGo) to connect to an Android phone. You can get the files that way, then transfer from phone to computer. This is what it looks like when connected (it's labeled as a SINCO device for whatever reason): imgur.com/a/IRPam7c
@Kenneth M. If you have a USB cable that goes from your phone to the looper, you can copy looper files to phone first then phone to PC. If not, then yes you'll have to use a Windows PC to copy the files.
Well rich , I plugged mine into my laptop and screwed everything. This thing is ok but full of malware . It also has some sound issues , raising and lowering volume by itself. Windows will absolutely not play these waves files . Not worth the money even if they are under a hundred bucks . Maybe I have a knock off as it's different tan all the others I've seen . Lekato looper pro . Says looper stage not station . Oh well I'm not plugging it in again after having to debug . It didn't work anyway lol . Just a warning to your viewers .
That is extremely weird and I'm very sorry to hear that. I think you're right, you may have some sort of knockoff. There should be absolutely no software at all within the pedal since it needs no external software to even work. Before I even recorded a loop I connected it to my PC first and it was 100% blank as it should be, and mine is exactly the same model "LOOP AUTO" that is sold on the Lekato Amazon store.
@@rmenga my pc says it can't connect but it does an it uploaded a couple of files which won't play but says they are empty . It also thinks that it's trying to connect via Bluetooth. Are they Bluetooth enabled ? Yeah instead of loop station it says loop stage . Can't find one that says that on YT .otherwise it works OK. Piezo pick up works better than a strat . Lots of wow and flutter for a digital looper on magnetic pick up guitars . Well , you live and learn , beware the STAGE . Do you have an email address I can send a pic to ? Peace ✌.
absolute legend!! Saved me severe heartache!!
thank you this helped a lot wasn't sure why I couldn't put anything in the folder!
Ya taught me something I didn't know about the pedal lol. Can now switch from verse to chorus and not have to worry about it 👌
Wild. I just bought one and didn't even know it could do this, thanks.
Thanks Rich this was a very useful tip. It works flawlessly for me. You just increased the value of my looper for me.👍
Bravo! Nice explanation, thanks
Thank You!

did you figure it out

How many samples/audio (.wav) export can a lekato looper do?

@@maskedman1337 no, on a windows... still nothing
length of file max 3 minutes per loop
Can you use this as a sample 808 pedal?
thank you so much !

it always breaks up connection in the end :/
Do you know where I can get the mac driver?
Is it True Bypass?
It just doesn’t connect at all
Mines only downloading 8 seconds of the audio now
This is good for most of the planet, but it doesn't work for linux ;-( Any suggestions? (and don't say get off linux).
