Writing Equations of Lines Parallel and Perpendicular to a Given Line Through a Point

This algebra video tutorial shows you how to write the equation of a line that is parallel and perpendicular to a given that passes through a point. This video shows you how to do it using the slope intercept form of the equation and the point slope form.
