@Evan Brad It wasn't attempted murder. He aimed for the stomach and only fired once. If he was trying to kill him, he would have aimed for the head or fired multiple times. He needs to be released.

No, Thank him for calmly aiming, not spraying the crowd or bystanders a block away. Removing threat,safed weapon, standing down, and following LEO instructions! Watch its all on video , he complied! If the guy and his three friends didnt followm yellat, and touch the guy, he would not have been scared. then the y followed him more , and he defended himself.
