Believe it or not you can go into a state of shock after a major accident. That's why I don't blame people who initially hit and run. I believe they go into a state where they don't think it's real. Once they realize what happened they need to turn themselves in.

Ok it takes a lot for anyone to take accountability for their actions depending on the situation and I have to say I am proud of that man! And I respect him
