Ive camped on the couch, ignoring everyone for 48 hours before. Never looked out the windows, or answered my phone. People saying its impossible have probably never given in to complete laziness

It took my sister’s 6-7 weeks to come back, even sent her to a whole other city for the autopsy. It sad, frustrating and seems like centuries to find the answers.

Everyone not overly invested in this case including investigators know this was a fentynal overdose. We know because, sadly, this is something that happens every 10 mins all over the country.

Yes of course. If they were doing hard drugs, which is illegal, he would dump that stuff out. That's kinda obvious.
No disrespect to the families or watchers. It's devastating to lose people you love. Unfortunately distributors cut their products to make money. Dealers deal without knowledge of the products contents. My guess is fentanyl. It's very sad because family wants someone held accountable other than the guys who took the drug. I'm guessing they are trying to find the source of where the product was bought. If its tainted this could kill more people. They want to find the distributor. Sadly it's hard to accept that they died doing something they intentionally took.
Why would these guys, with families, and who were not drug users, want to try the drug that has been at fault for so many deaths recently? That doesn't make sense.

Many years ago i went abroad with my friend, we were out drinking and met two guys, we went back to their hotel and i smoked something i thought was weed, i felt really strange and had this overwhelming urge to jump out of the window, knowing i was around seventeen stories up the building, i thought i would be ok and just fly, i then became extremely tired, like i couldn't stay awake and had to force myself to not just lie down, i was with 2 strange guys so anything could of happened, we got our things and got out of there somehow, i will always remember that feeling of extreme high and then exhaustion and feel lucky to have got away unscathed from the situation, i have no clue what i smoked and was never a smoker of anything other than cigarettes, this happened around 40 years ago but it is an experience i wont forget!
Thank God you are OK. It goes to show people have putting things in people's drinks/drugs since the drink/drugs have been around. Women don't go out alone and be vigilant about not accepting drinks/drugs from strangers.

They said autopsy and toxicology can take two months, which is friggin ridiculous in 2024, considering we pay taxes for this stuff.

I agree irregardless of the final outcome it should have been treated as a crime scene and he should have been detained. Would LIKELY HAVE A MUCH CLEARER PICTURE right now of what happened if they had interrogated him and he knew he was going to be detained.
You can’t go back and collect evidence….it’s so important to do this initially. It would have been VERY REASONABLE and police work 101 to have drug sniffing dogs in the home and on the porch immediately.
I do not believe this man is guilty of a crime.I believe it was BAD DRUGS. But when you have 3 dead bodies on your porch and you are the only survivor, you got some “splainin” to do.
These processes I am suggesting would have been very helpful for family members to have a clearer picture of what might have happened.

I'm from the desert region I never heard of such a thing happening whilst growing up.

One thing that could have happened is that after the homeowner fell asleep and the other 3 were still there watching TV, the other 3 went out to the back porch for a smoke without putting on their heavy coats or taking their cell phones with them and accidentally got locked out; and according to many experts, they could have been dead within hours from hypothermia and without cell phones or car keys or money, they had no transportation options
They could have easily busted a window to get back inside if they had gotten locked out while conscious
They could have walked to a neighbor's home, to use a phone
Their is a doggie dog in the back. The smaller guy could have squeezed through to get inside. Desperate times calls for desperate measures.
Men wouldn't freeze to death. A window would have been busted open.
Fetanyl. The guy gave it to them. Knew about it the whole time, guaranteed.
