    Wrongful death charges??? Umm they were all adult grown men who made their own decisions. They were not forced to take drugs. Everyone is always looking to blame someone else when in reality, individuals are responsible for their own actions and consequences.

      If you host a party, are known as the chemist, and you provide what i do believe is illegal to your invitees, you can look to facing a wrongful death civil lawsuit most probably. Your chance of being convicted of such is, of course, up to an attorney and/or the jury or judge. If i host a party, bartend, and things get out of hand(not to mention someone dies), i would fully expect to be in some kind of trouble legally. I am not as confident as you to say there's no wrongful death lawsuit on the horizon here imho.

      I think in a lot of people eyes, your not considered a drug user if you do a little cocaine once or twice a year. Technically you are but technically almost everyone is a drug user. Do you drink coffee? Do you drink anything with caffeine? Do you drink alcohol? Do you take tylenol? You're spllitting hairs at this point, but in a traditional sense a lot people might party on the weekends from time to time and not really be considered drug users.
      At this point harm reduction tactics need to be upped. People are going to do what they are going to do. But to prevent needless tragedies like this, people need to be educated better in these areas and testing kits need to be a lot more common and available. Until drug use is removed from society, which is not going to happen. Or until we can get rid of fentanyl all together, not likely to happen either. I have a couple extreme fringe theories that I think may provide a solution to the fentanyl problem, but its going to be very difficult to stop it. They will try by force, like they have always done and it hasn't worked, but so long as they make a few headlines about removing the scourge of fentanyl from humanity by sending alot of people like jordan to prison. While cartels run wild the majority of the ones that will suffer enhanced penalties and all that will be people like Jordan.
      My heart goes out to all these families. Jordan too.

I wouldn't touch cocaine nowadays, however I know a few people (upstanding and responsible) that like to do coke once or twice a year. These guys did drugs because they are getting the message put out by their friends and the media that drugs is how you live life to the fullest, get the most out of your time. They want to have wild, drug fueled stories and have an elevated experience that is better than the normal state of existing.
      Other people do drugs because their circumstances are so poor that they figure doing drugs is the only way they can ever feel good. Say your face was severely burned and nobody wanted to be around you no matter what your personality had to offer. You get depressed. You don't get any stimulation or any of the good feeling that other people get from their social lives. So you think well I can just go on and never feel good ever again or I can take these drugs and feel good sometimes. It might kill them but it might not, but they see it as worth the risk.
      Everyone has seen the same after school specials you have. They know the risks. But the circumstances of their lives and their goals tell them it's worth the risk.

Yet by not disclosing this to his friends he killed them.
      I would think it could be either one. I would bet on the second. However the twist is if he was the smart terrible person that fits this role, he made it look like he never saw them, planted the fentanyl in their backpacks bf the cops were called making it look like they got this from a outside street source and knew he would just have to pretend he didn’t know they were there bc moving three bodies would never work.

    ❤I’ve been watching this story since it happened and came to the conclusion that it was drugs that made them so incoherent that they couldn’t get back inside, or break a window to get inside, or get in their cars or call for help. So, why did they go outside to begin with? Were they smokers? I heard that one or more weren’t dressed for the cold, so did they not expect to be outside very long? I also heard that the temperature was about 34 degrees. Was the wind blowing? They must’ve dropped to the ground about the same time for none of them to try to get help. Didn’t they have their phones with them? Did they get locked out? How could they not be able to bang on a door or a window or go to a neighbor? They had to be so incapacitated that they couldn’t, which leaves the culprit to be drug related and strong enough to drop them in their tracks! Fentanyl could do that. Why hasn’t any of the reporters asked why did the 3 men go outside or if they were smokers? I’m a smoker and I regularly go outside to smoke even if there’s snow. So, is that what led them there? Why else would they go outside? If they weren’t smokers, they had no reason to go outside and would’ve probably been OK too. They had to be mentally impaired to not be able to get back in or look for help.

      i think they died in the house and he dragged them outside. 3 people dying at the Same Time outside doesn't make sense.

      @tracy3418 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      In a lot of their pictures they smoked cigars I've heard. They also had weed in their system. Alcohol and cola would make them feel warm and want to cool off outside. Lots of people at parties step outside to cool off. Often without their coats. In this situation two were in chairs I think? So they probably were wanting to smoke something. Maybe started to feel unsteady and wanted to sit down. Then never got back up.

    • @laurenurban3942
      @laurenurban3942 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      TheThe went outside for one of two reasons…..to smoke something OR to cool off because they were burning up from all the drugs and alcohol they had been consuming. I think they went outside to smoke something that was laced, by them, and they each dropped to the ground after a few puffs from whatever it was…..it had to be something strong.

      My educated guess is alll 3 went outside to smoke. Then 1 realised the other 2 were nodding off in the cold so went to the backdoor for help. Door was locked, he probably knocked so long he eventually nodded off himself and died of hypothermia.

      What police are actually doing behind the scenes and what the media believes or reports them to be doing (especially when related to an investigation) are never the same. police even purposefully feed false or misleading information to the press in order to catch suspects or purposefully leave information out of press releases so they can catch someone admitting to knowing something they shouldnt know unless they were at the scene. basically take everything said on the news about an active investigation with a huge pinch of salt it may be true, or it may be bullshit, or it may be a fraction of the whole picture.

Taking drugs is very risky, so many of us have done it at some point and you never think it will be laced with Fentanyl, which sounds like what happened.
