IKEA Bjorksta Canvas Style Frame + Oversized Art Tutorial

- We all love oversized art in our homes, but it can be a very expensive investment. That's why we're so excited about our new paper that works perfectly with the IKEA Bjorksta Canvas Style Frame, which comes in four different sizes including 55" x 22", 47" x 31", 55" x 40", and 79" x 55". IKEA sells their Bjorksta Frame separate from their canvas prints and it comes in two different finishes: black and silver. If you’re looking for another color, you can easily spray paint it for a whole new look!
Don't let the IKEA instructions intimidate you, the assembly is super straightforward and easy to do. Everything that you'll need to assemble the frame is in the little box that comes with it so don't throw it away.

0:41 - Slide the L-shaped corner brace into the lower channel of each corner.
0:49 - Insert small screws and screw in with the provided Allen wrench.
1:03 - Lay out art.
1:14 - Secure art with provided clips.
2:01 - Trim excess paper if needed.
2:08 - Hang art with provided hardware.
Pro Tip: When installing oversized prints in the IKEA Bjorksta canvas frame, use painter’s tape on the backside of the print to mark off the area that will be visible in the frame. This allows you to easily double-check your measurements and placement of the print.

Enjoyed the video! Would have liked more instruction on how to hang: best height above bed or couch, measuring and marking holes. drilling holes, best anchors if drilling into Sheetrock with no wood behind it, size screw, size drill bit, and close up of how to hang art on metal clips. Maybe You have a video with those instructions?

Do you know the name of the “paper” where I can print canvas? Just like IKEA art?
Has anyone hung the canvas art without an exterior frame? I like the canvas simply stretched over the frame but am not sure what is the best way to hang it on the wall.
I actually used this same frame and stretched it over so it would have that simple canvas painting look! Just wanted to let you know it can be done, mine turned out great

Just bought this frame for a giant poster of the same size and having issues with the clips bring very loose. Any tips to help them stay in place?
the clips are terrible. just tape it if you can or return it

Same here.. I put a clip in on one side and the other sides clips all pop out.
Commenting to validate everyone else’s experience with the clips not clipping in. This SUCKS. 😭😭😭
There is also an optional way to attach the print so it is frameless.
My clips don’t seem to secure, no matter how many I use or how firm I press them into the frame… does anyone else have this issue? Are they supposed to snap into place? I love my Canyon print (from JPS) but it’s probably gonna fall off my wall soon, four clips slipped out the other day and I’m afraid to try and take the whole frame off the wall 😬

I couldnt get my image level and ended up bleeding all over my picture from pulling the clips out to re-do it. Also the actual art was made of poor-quality material and was tearing like paper. Frame is great. Image, not so great. Your demonstration- excellent!

I like your video, but I've had a very different experience. These plastic clips just don't stay in place, this picture frame is the biggest *** in the history of picture frames, I don't recommend it.
