Just did this and I took the screws out instead of doing it first. Made it fit wayyyyy easier than with screws on first

No Way, I got to Extra Large ones I bought for cheap on Craigslist, I got the bridge one and another one I will take out and put a new picture in. I never knew it was that simple.

I didn't use any tool. I pushed the canvas into the frame with my fingers.

I would suggest not buying these. They do fit together well. And if you push the plastic in it damages the picture.
IKEA means Walmart in Swedish

This is not true! You have to be careful and you will not damage the picture. IKEA is modern a quality store!
